Blueface Dumps Nevaeh Days After Chrisean Rock Backlash, Six Days After Buying $2.25M Family Home

American rapper Blueface has ended his relationship with Nevaeh Akira during a Kick livestream, less than a month after the couple welcomed their son, Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr. Nevaeh later confirmed the split on social media, saying she was 'set free' and was now single.

The breakup followed a confrontation over a tattoo that Nevaeh had told Blueface depicted his face. Blueface said during the livestream that the tattoo was actually a portrait of rapper NBA YoungBoy and identified the dispute as the final straw in their relationship.

The split was announced six days after reports emerged that Blueface had bought a $2.25 million (£1.7 million) property in Moorpark, California. The purchase was reported on 2 September, while the breakup was announced on 8 September. The home has more than 5,000 square feet of space, five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and a four-car garage, according to TMZ.

Chrisean Rock Cheating Controversy

The breakup follows a period of public disagreements that included Blueface's admission that he had cheated on Nevaeh with his former partner, Chrisean Rock.

In July, while livestreaming with Nevaeh, Blueface admitted that he had been unfaithful with Rock. The admission came after Blueface and Rock had been seen together at a Los Angeles boat party, shortly before Nevaeh was due to give birth.

Blueface apologised during the livestream, while Nevaeh questioned the decision to apologise if he had already intended to be unfaithful. The exchange became part of the public fallout surrounding the couple's relationship during Nevaeh's pregnancy.

Blueface Ends Relationship After Tattoo Dispute

During the recent Kick livestream, Blueface told Nevaeh that he was ending their relationship and allowed her to remain at his home while she collected her belongings. Nevaeh became emotional during the exchange before later addressing the breakup on social media.

In an Instagram Story, Nevaeh said she was 'set free' and described the relationship as a 'long traumatic headache with nothing but negativity'. She also said she was single and suggested that the separation was something she needed.

Nevaeh later said she had made 'a bad decision' and had been worried about disappointing Blueface. Her comments came in the context of the tattoo dispute, after Blueface said she had previously told him the tattoo showed his face before he identified it as NBA YoungBoy.

The couple welcomed their first child together, Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr., on 18 August. The baby is Blueface's fourth child overall and Nevaeh's second, according to reports.

Blueface's $2.25 Million Moorpark Home

The biggest unanswered question following the split is what happens to the Moorpark property, which was reportedly purchased as a home for Blueface and his growing family.

The gated property measures more than 5,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and a four-car garage. Blueface reportedly paid $2.25 million for the home.

The purchase was reported on 2 September, six days before Blueface announced the end of his relationship with Nevaeh on 8 September. The timing places the two developments within the same week, but the property purchase does not establish what will happen to the former couple's living arrangements.

Nevaeh has publicly confirmed that she is no longer in a relationship with Blueface and has said she wants to remain friendly with him for the sake of their child.
