Cardi B has once again sent social media into a frenzy after showing off a daring outfit that highlighted her controversial body piercing during a surprise appearance at Don Toliver's Barclays Center show in Brooklyn.

The Bronx rapper made an unexpected appearance at the sold-out concert on Sunday, September 6, joining Don Toliver on stage to perform her tracks 'AH HA' and 'ErrTime'. The performance formed part of Toliver's Nitrous - Octane World Tour stop at the Brooklyn venue.

Fan-recorded footage from the show quickly circulated online, showing Cardi performing alongside Toliver in an eye-catching all-white ensemble. She initially appeared on stage wearing an oversized white fur coat before revealing a revealing white bodysuit underneath.

The outfit featured dramatic cut-outs down the back, extending towards her buttocks and held together with white cords. The design also exposed several of Cardi's tattoos while drawing attention to her distinctive piercing.

The performance was part of a star-studded concert finale that also featured appearances from artists including Sexyy Red, Busta Rhymes, Slick Rick, Cash Cobain, Teezo Touchdown and Victony.

Cardi Flaunts $15K Piercing

Cardi later gave fans an even closer look at the daring outfit in a social media video, with the clip quickly attracting widespread attention.

In the caption, the famous rapper wrote: '15K piercing sitting on my a** crack in case a b**** need some to kiss.'

Fans quickly flooded the rapper's post with praise, with one writing: 'I love how u out working everyone that doubt u.'

Another commented: 'You ate this uppp!!! And baby the body is EVERYTHING,'

A third fan wrote: 'The turn around after taking the mink off was everything,' while someone also raved, 'She just ate everybody and they momma up.'

The claim appears to refer to a new piece of jewellery in the same area where Cardi previously had a diamond piercing. The rapper first revealed in January 2025 that she had undergone a butt-crack piercing, after initially leaving some followers sceptical. She later posted photographic proof and wrote, 'Do I lie?'

Cardi subsequently said on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast that the original diamond jewellery had cost $13,000 (£9,602), but that she lost it roughly a month later after it apparently fell down the toilet.

The new jewellery, if Cardi's stated figure is accurate, would therefore represent a $15,000 (£11,079) upgrade.

Luxury Bag and Latest Cardi B Updates

Cardi completed the look with a bespoke white Hermès Birkin bag, which she referenced on Instagram Stories as a new addition to her collection.

'New Girl. That's that 25! I don't do cocaine. I do Himalayan,' she wrote, appearing to reference the Himalayan Birkin, one of the luxury fashion house's most sought-after designs.

The viral moment comes during a busy period for Cardi, who recently featured prominently in the 2026 BET Awards nominations with six nods. She is also scheduled to perform at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas later this month.

Meanwhile, Cardi recently reunited with estranged husband Offset for their children's birthday celebrations. The reunion took place despite their ongoing divorce proceedings.
