That is not all for today, click here to follow IBTimes UK's live coverage of Tottenham v Everton at White Hart Lane.

Another superb victory for Crystal Palace under Alan Pardew, while Chelsea's decidedly iffy start to their title defence continues after last weekend's brief respite at West Brom. That was just Jose Mourinho's second defeat across two spells and 100 home Premier League games in charge of the Blues.

A dismal 90 minutes for Liverpool too, who lost Coutinho to a red card and were soundly beaten by a West Ham side who have been strangely inconsistent since Bilic succeeded Sam Allardyce and also ended the match with 10 men.

Sunderland will no doubt be glad to have taken a share of the spoils from Villa Park after throwing away a 1-0 goal lead and subsequently going 2-1 down, while Leicester's positive start to life with Claudio Ranieri continues with a point on the south coast.

A victorious return to the Potteries for Tony Pulis, although he may be slightly concerned that his West Brom team only managed to score once past an ill-disciplined Stoke outfit who were reduced to nine men before the break.

Full-time

Bournemouth 1-1 Leicester

Liverpool 0-3 West Ham

Full-time

Chelsea 1-2 Crystal Palace

Stoke 0-1 West Brom

What a miserable, miserable afternoon for Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool as Sakho extends West Ham's lead even further. A first win at Anfield since 1963 is surely now secured for Bilic's side.

Goal: Liverpool 0-3 West Ham (Diafra Sakho)

Full-time

Aston Villa 2-2 Sunderland

A comfortable victory for league leaders City, who register their 10th victory on the bounce. Watford are still looking for a first win under Quique Sanchez Flores, having drawn their previous three top-flight games against Southampton, West Brom and Everton.

Full-time

Manchester City 2-0 Watford

Five minutes of added time for Chelsea to find an equaliser. Liverpool, though, appear powerless to prevent a disappointing defeat.

Leicester look set to keep their unbeaten start intact as Vardy scores from the penalty spot after being hauled down by Steve Cook. 1-1 at Dean Court with a few minutes left to play.

Goal: Bournemouth 1-1 Leicester (Jamie Vardy)

It is also 10-men apiece at Anfield after Noble is sent off for a foul on substitute Danny Ings. Kevin Friend not endearing himself to either set of supporters there.

A crazy few minutes at Stamford Bridge as former Manchester United loanee Falcao produces an excellent diving header to convert home debutant Pedro's cross before Palace immediately restore their lead through an unlikely source.

Right-back Ward nets a header of his own after Sako makes good contact with Bolasie's ball in. Can the Eagles hold on?

Goal: Chelsea 1-2 Crystal Palace (Joel Ward)

Red card: Mark Noble (West Ham)

Goal: Chelsea 1-1 Crystal Palace (Radamel Falcao)

For all his relentless trickery, Bolasie does not score all that frequently and he could have put this game beyond Chelsea after replacing Wilfried Zaha.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek also on for Chelsea now, with Nemanja Matic withdrawn. Yannick Bolasie is causing real problems for Palace having missed last week's victory over Aston Villa following the death of his father.

Jose Mourinho has only lost once in 99 previous home games in charge of Chelsea but that record could be under threat here as Sako sees an initial shot blocked before firing into the back of the net.

The hosts have responded by bringing on Radmael Falcao for Willian. Brazilian Kenedy is also sent on for his debut.

Goal: Chelsea 0-1 Crystal Palace (Bakary Sako)

A flurry of activity as Fernandinho doubles Manchester City's lead against Watford after swapping passes with David Silva and firing an effort past Heurelho Gomes.

Things continue to go from bad to worse at Anfield, meanwhile, as Coutinho receives a second yellow card for a foul on Dimitri Payet. A desperately disappointing end to the afternoon for a player who has greatly impressed during the early stages of the season.

Goal: Manchester City 2-0 Watford (Fernandinho)

Red card: Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool)

A fourth goal at Villa Park as Sunderland restore parity against Tim Sherwood's illness-ravaged side. Lens capitalises on a through ball from fellow new signing Ola Toivonen and it's all-square.

Goal: Aston Villa 2-2 Sunderland (Jermain Lens)

Manchester City failed to cause newly-promoted Watford too many problems in that opening half, but they have edged in front straight after the break as Sterling turns in a cross from Bacary Sagna.

That's his first goal since leaving Liverpool earlier this summer.

Goal: Manchester City 1-0 Watford (Raheem Sterling)

Nine-man Stoke come agonisingly close to getting in at half-time level but Rondon, who became West Brom's record signing after completing a £12m move from Zenit St Petersburg earlier this month, shatters their resilience after heading Lambert's cross beyond Jack Butland.

Half-time

Aston Villa 2-1 Sunderland

Bournemouth 1-0 Leicester

Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Liverpool 0-2 West Ham

Manchester City 0-0 Watford

Stoke 0-1 West Brom

Goal: Stoke 0-1 West Brom (Salomon Rondon)

Poor Sunderland have conspired to turn a 1-0 lead into a 2-1 deficit as the lively Sinclair grabs his second goal of the afternoon after good work from Idrissa Gueye and Jordan Amavi.

Goal: Aston Villa 2-1 Sunderland (Scott Sinclair)

Even Pulis' ultra-combative Stoke side would have struggled to match this. The Potters have now been reduced to nine men on the half-hour mark as Adam is dismissed for a reported stamp on Craig Dawson.

West Brom respond by introducing Rickie Lambert in place of Claudio Yacob. They are going for the jugular and for good reason.

Red card: Charlie Adam (Stoke City)

A remarkable scoreline from Anfield where West Ham look set to end Liverpool's unbeaten start to the new season after long-serving Noble doubles their advantage.

Goal: Liverpool 0-2 West Ham (Mark Noble)

Pulis was treated to a standing ovation upon his return to the Britannia Stadium, but Stoke supporters will no doubt have been eager for their side to prove that they have come a long way and radically changed their previously physical style under the management of Mark Hughes.

Affelay, a summer arrival from Barcelona, will not have helped that cause after being given his marching orders by referee Michael Oliver for a silly push to the face of West Brom midfielder Craig Gardner.

Red card: Ibrahim Afellay (Stoke City)

Wilson was Bournemouth's key marksman on their way to promotion last term and he provided a timely reminder of his quality with a hat-trick in the 4-3 win at West Ham last week.

He seems to be at it again this afternoon, where a superb overhead kick has given Eddie Howe's team a first-half lead against Leicester.

Goal: Bournemouth 1-0 Leicester (Callum Wilson)

A quiet start at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea are yet to serious test Alex McCarthy in the Crystal Palace goal. Eden Hazard scored in the corresponding fixture last season and that 1-0 victory secured the title for Jose Mourinho's side.

Also goalless between Manchester City and Watford, Bournemouth and Leicester and in Tony Pulis' first return to Stoke City as manager of West Brom.

Sunderland have endured a difficult start to the new season and they have been pegged back just moments after taking the lead against Aston Villa.

Billy Jones fells Sinclair in the penalty area and the former Manchester City outcast steps up to dispatch the resulting spot-kick.

Goal: Aston Villa 1-1 Sunderland (Scott Sinclair)

Liverpool almost back on level terms on Merseyside as £29m summer signing Roberto Firmino thunders an effort against the post.

Leicester have the ball in the net after the in-form Riyad Mahrez finishes Marc Albrighton's cross, but he is adjudged to have strayed offside.

A first Sunderland goal for M'Vila as the volatile midfielder, on loan from Russian Premier League outfit Rubin Kazan, nets an excellent free-kick to give Dick Advocaat's side an early lead at Villa Park.

Goal: Aston Villa 0-1 Sunderland (Yann M'Vila)

A disastrous start for Liverpool at Anfield as Lanzini finds the net just three minutes into his Premier League debut after turning home Aaron Cresswell's cross. Poor defending from Martin Skrtel.

Goal: Liverpool 0-1 West Ham (Manuel Lanzini)

We are underway in today's six mid-afternoon Premier League matches. A reminder that IBTimes UK will also bring you live coverage of Everton's visit to Tottenham at 17:30 BST. But more on that later...

Liverpool have named the same team that started the goalless draw with Arsenal on Monday night. As for West Ham, Diafra Sakho features from the outset once again following his groin injury and Manuel Lanzini replaces the departed Kevin Nolan. James Tomkins is in for Carl Jenkinson.

So, just the one alteration for Chelsea this afternoon as Kurt Zouma replaces John Terry following the captain's red card during the eventful 3-2 victory over West Brom last weekend.

Crystal Palace also make one change, with Connor Wickham starting up front in place of Glenn Murray.
