Erika Kirk's 'September 8' Alibi Rocked After Andrew Wilson Drops New Video and Private Text Messages

Andrew Wilson's latest evidence drop has put Erika Kirk's 8 September, 2025 whereabouts back under the spotlight after he released private text messages and a previously unseen video involving her late husband, Charlie Kirk.

Wilson presented the material as support for the claim that Erika was at home with her family, but critics quickly questioned the timestamps, metadata and whether the footage actually places Erika at the scene.

Wilson Releases Private Messages From Erika

Wilson presented an exchange that he identified as messages between Erika and her mother, Lori Frantzve, on 8 September.

One message attributed to Erika reportedly said she was still at the bank while trying to organise dinner for Charlie. Later messages concerned her mother's health and food, with another message appearing at 7:18pm.

The messages were presented as contemporaneous evidence that Erika was communicating with her family during the period under scrutiny.

However, the messages do not independently establish the sender's physical location. Their evidentiary value depends on their authenticity, context and how the screenshots were obtained.

The podcast discussing Wilson's release acknowledged that the messages could be disputed, noting there were questions surrounding the material.

Video Places Charlie at Home

Wilson also released a short video appearing to show Charlie with his daughter while watching the Chicago Bears.

The footage displays a 8 September, 2025 timestamp at approximately 7:17pm. Charlie can be heard saying 'Go Bears' before his daughter repeats him.

Wilson appears to use the clip to support the wider argument that the Kirk family was together at home that evening.

But there is one major limitation: Erika does not appear in the footage.

That point has been repeatedly raised by critics, including Candace Owens, who has questioned whether the video proves anything about Erika's whereabouts.

The footage therefore appears to establish Charlie's presence at the location, but does not by itself establish that Erika was there.

Timestamps and Metadata Come Under Fire

The apparent one-minute gap between the video's 7:17pm timestamp and the message attributed to Erika at 7:18pm has also prompted questions.

Critics have asked how the footage was recorded while the message was being sent, although the material does not establish what devices were involved or whether another person could have handled either action.

Metadata has become another disputed issue.

Owens argued that metadata attached to digital files can be changed and demonstrated what she described as altering the metadata of an older video to match Wilson's displayed information.

That demonstration does not prove Wilson's footage was altered, but it has intensified questions about how the recording's date was established.

Bears Game Adds Another Complication

The Bears game provides another detail in the dispute.

The Chicago Bears played the Minnesota Vikings on 8 September, 2025, with kick-off at 7:15pm Chicago time, or 5:15pm in Arizona.

That timing has prompted commentators to examine whether the video timestamp fits the description of Charlie settling down to watch the game.

The debate ultimately centres on what the evidence can actually establish. Wilson's release provides additional messages and footage, but neither visibly places Erika in the video.
