Actress Leslie Ash is used to headlines about her appearance—but this time, they're a little different. The Men Behaving Badly and Quadrophenia star has left friends and fans stunned with her rejuvenated look, sparking rumours she's gone under the knife.

But Ash, 65, insists that surgery had nothing to do with her transformation.

Decades Of Shame

Ash has endured decades of public scrutiny following a lip filler procedure that went wrong back in 2002. The treatment, intended to subtly enhance her lips, instead left her with hardened silicone deposits around her mouth and a long-standing media nickname: "trout pout." She's spoken openly over the years about the damage done—not just physically, but to her self-esteem.

Now, however, the conversation has shifted. After recently undergoing a non-invasive aesthetic treatment known as NeoGen Plasma, Leslie says she finally feels like herself again.

'People keep asking me what I've done. One friend even swore I'd had cosmetic surgery,' she laughs. 'But no, I absolutely haven't gone under the knife. I just look like a fresher, more rested version of me.'

The Non-invasive Treatment

'I don't want to look 18 again—but I also didn't want to feel invisible or worn out every time I saw my reflection.'

The decision to pursue NeoGen Plasma came after hearing about the experiences of other celebrities like Shirley Ballas and Linda Lusardi. Encouraged by their results, Ash went ahead—though with caution. 'I'm a bit of a wuss,' she admits. 'I asked for the lowest energy setting because I wanted a treatment with no downtime and minimal discomfort. And honestly, it's been amazing.'

Immediate Improvements

Leslie has noticed the most dramatic improvements around her jawline and eyes. 'The lift is so visible,' she says. 'My eyes used to be really hooded, and now they've opened up again. Cost of the Procedure

Each NeoGen Plasma session costs around £750, and Ash has had six in total—amounting to roughly £4,500. She's also supporting her skin from within, taking Ameri-Vita Liver Support drinks daily. The supplements, which contain turmeric, milk thistle, artichoke and key vitamins, cost £30 per month.

Ash is thrilled with the results and has no plans to stop. 'The way I feel now is so different from before. It's not just about looks—it's about confidence, feeling vibrant again. I'd recommend it to anyone who feels they've lost a bit of themselves.'
