During a weekend of tweets about her relationship with young Russian millionaire Egor Tarabasov, American actress Lindsay Lohan reportedly accused her beau of trying to kill her by strangling her.

The accusation was apparently made by the actress on the balcony of Lohan's Knightsbridge apartment in London. "Please please please. He just strangled me," a husky voice sounding like Lohan, 30, sobs as a neighbor films the woman from across the way in a video obtained by the Sun. "He almost killed me. Everybody will know. Get out of my house.''

She adds: "I'm done. I don't love you anymore. You tried to kill me. You're a f*****g psycho. We are finished.''

At one point she adds: "No, Egor, you've been strangling me constantly. You can't strangle a woman constantly and beat the s**t out of her and think it's ok. Everybody saw you touch me. It's filmed. Get out! Get out."

Police arrived soon after, responding to reports of a "woman in distress." But when they busted open the door they found the apartment was empty, a police spokesman told Us Weekly.

"Officers attended and, following concerns for the welfare of the occupants inside, forced entry into the address," said the spokesman. "There was no one inside but enquiries were made and the occupants were traced and found to be safe and well."

The bizarre incident occurred as Lohan issued a series of cryptic Instagram posts, including one claiming that Tarabasov, 23, cheated on her during a night out with her friend and Vogue fashion designer Dasha Pashevkina, whom Lohan referred to as a "Russian hooker." In another post, Lohan tweeted a photo from her 2009 movie Labor Pains, writing: "I am pregnant!!"

Lohan has since posted an Instagram featuring a heart-shaped cloud saying that she would "appreciate if these speculations regarding my personal life would respectfully come to a halt. Unfortunately, a private matter has become more public than I can control and I would be extremely grateful if my fiancé and myself could discuss our personal matters on our own. There are more important things going on in the world than our relationship. Please leave us be to solve our personal matters."

TMZ is reporting that Lohan, who moved to the UK in 2015, was spotted at Heathrow — alone — on Monday (25 July).

Lilo's father, Michael Lohan, said in an interview with Us Weekly that Lindsay had told him that Tarabasov had cheated on her and was now "off the radar."
