Liverpool and Manchester United fans have been handed a glimpse of the talent they possess as Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Zaha demonstrated their class when training with the England Under-21s at St. George's Park.

Both wingers have had limited opportunities in their respective first teams this season but they showed that they are more than ready should the opportunity arise with a string of superb finishes.

The two were clearly enjoying themselves as they took on defenders and displayed their silky skills before firing efforts past two helpless goalkeepers.

The rivalry between Manchester United and Liverpool is a fierce one and it seemed as though the two were eager to outdo one another as they both sharpened their skills ahead of England's game against San Marino on Thursday.

Both players will be eager to impress against the European minnows as they look to prove to their respective bosses Brendan Rodgers and David Moyes that they deserve a starting berth in the coming weeks.

Perhaps the next time Liverpool travel to Manchester United in March 2014 the two will be able to showcase their ability in the first team.
