Well that is all we have time for on this Premier League live blog. Another dramatic night for all concerned at the top and the bottom. We'll have all the reaction to a pulsating night over the next 24 hours but until next time it's goodbye.

Josh King has the last laugh as Bournemouth came back to haunt Liverpool again.

Bournemouth remain seven points above the relegation zone but that is another vital point towards their target of 40. And it could have been more had Marc Pugh hammers home that first half volley. Eddie Howe will see tonight very much as a point won, despite missing the chance to do the double over Liverpool for the first time in their history.

So with Arsenal and Tottenham both winning, it is a largely damaging night for Liverpool. Manchester City have lost at Chelsea to at least give Jurgen Klopp something to smile about, but the positives end there for the Merseysiders.

Full time: Liverpool 2-2 Bournemouth

Liverpool's troubles against sides in the bottom half continue as Bournemouth grab a late point at Anfield. Benik Afobe and Josh King scored either side of Philippe Coutinho and Divock Origi efforts to boost the Cherries' survival hopes, and dent the Reds' hopes of a Champions League place.

Artur Boruc will be counting his lucky stars. Four added minutes at Anfield and Klavan has the chance to win it, but he heads straight at the Bournemouth goalkeeper. Will there be a winning goal in this game?

Joel Matip heads wide, unmarked from a corner. Origi comes in around the back post but can't convert. Liverpool will be desperate for a winner here, after wins for Arsenal and Tottenham.

GOAL! Liverpool 2-2 Bournemouth (Josh King)

Bournemouth have barely threatened in this second half but they have a goal which is surely going to secure them a point. Steve Cook's long throw is only half cleared and King brings the ball down, turns Klavan and fires past Mignolet.

Liverpool living dangerously as Bournemouth press for the first time in this second half. Josh King brings a half-clearance down but can't a shot away, before Mignolet nervously punches the ball away.

So wins for Arsenal and Tottenham in the race for the top four. Vital that Liverpool hold on here. Bournemouth throwing the ball forward whenever they get it but can the Reds hold on? Looking comfortable at the moment.

Dejan Lovren almost puts the icing on the cake for Liverpool with an overhead kick from a Klavan flick on, but he is both offside, and denied by Boruc.

Divock Origi buries a close range header to give Liverpool the lead.

Joel Matip on for Philippe Coutinho who is still feeling the after-affects from his exploits during the international break. Liverpool go to a five at the back. Can Bournemouth take advantage?

Ryan Fraser, who inspired the 4-3 Bournemouth win last December, coming on to replace Jordon Ibe. What chaos can he cause against Liverpool again?

GOAL! Liverpool 2-1 Bournemouth (Divock Origi)

The Reds hit the front and it is much deserved based on their second half display. Gini Wijnaldum makes up for his error in the first half with a dinked cross which finds the Belgian unmarked and he blasts his header beyond Boruc from two yards out.

Clyne tries to beat his effort from earlier but he lashes the ball well wide. Liverpool starving Bournemouth of possession and have dominated this second half thus far. The Cherries trying to hold their own on the edge of their own box.

Philippe Coutinho rejoices after equalising for Liverpool.

OFF THE CROSSBAR! The woodwork is rattled by Nathaniel Clyne as the England defender unleashes a fine effort from range which beats Boruc and the ball clatters off the upright.

Back underway at Anfield. No changes at half time.

We still have five other games in the Premier league tonight. At The Emirates, Arsenal are facing West Ham, while in west London it is Chelsea hosting Man City. Both games are subject of live blogs across the IBT network tonight. You won't miss a kick.

Half-time: Liverpool 1-1 Bournemouth

Very entertaining half of Premier League football. Benik Afobe gave Bournemouth a shock lead after Gini Wijnaldum's brain fade, but since Liverpool have pushed hard while the Cherries have missed some guilt-edged chances. The leveller came via an agricultural move, but Philippe Coutinho finished it off expertly. Pick a winner from here. More of the same please.

Two added minutes at Anfield. The fourth official's electronic board is not working.

Jordon Ibe has been awfully quiet in this first half on his return to Anfield. Some Liverpool fans choosing to boo him when he gets on the ball. Goodness knows why.

GOAL! Liverpool 1-1 Bournemouth (Philippe Coutinho)

Route one pays dividends for Liverpool. Divock Origi flicks Mignolet's long goal-kick to Firmino, who delivers a fine threaded pass to find Coutinho who adjusts his feet and slots beyond Boruc.

Divock Origi has missed Liverpool's best chance in the first half thus far.

Philippe Coutinho tries a free-kick ambitiously from a position wide on the right. Good effort from the Brazilian as it strikes the frame of the goal, but it perhaps reflects the lack of chances Liverpool have created. Bournemouth won't mind those for the rest of the evening.

Josh King hasn't figured much in this first half but he sets Liverpool pulses racing as he beats Lovren to the ball and lashes just over Mignolet's goal.

Liverpool fans have turned from reflective before kick-off, to frustrated in this opening half an hour. The hosts have been very ordinary and are without a real outlet to open up Bournemouth. Sadio Mane anyone?

Yellow card for Lucas after he slides in on Arter, who has receiving a bit of a kicking in this first half.

Two chances in a minute for Bournemouth to double their lead. Afobe collects a fine cross from Daniels but James Milner steps in in the nick of time. From the subsequent corner, Liverpool are all at sea and the ball reaches Pugh on the volley but the ball flies just wide. The Cherries should really have doubled their lead.

Liverpool should probably be level. Bournemouth catch themselves out as one of their own defenders flicks the ball on at the near post and Origi peals away round the back but fluffs his lines at the vital moment.

Benik Afobe celebrates opening the scoring for Bournemouth.

GOAL! Liverpool 0-1 Bournemouth (Benik Afobe)

Mignolet's dancing has deflated Liverpool and has manifested itself into the opening goal, for Bournemouth. Georginio Wijnaldum is pressured inside his own half and his half-hit back pass finds his goalkeeper on his heels and Benik Afobe has the simple task to sliding the ball into the net.

Simon Mignolet's return to the Liverpool team was helped by Loris Karius' horror show at Bournemouth last December, but the Belgian almost undoes his good work as he turns the ball past Afobe outside of his own area with little grace, but he gets away with it.

No Sadio Mane for Liverpool tonight but the Reds are straight into the ascendancy and Firmino hammers over. From a corner. Lucas Leiva of all people flicks on at the near post but Lovren can't latch onto the ball.

Underway at Anfield after both clubs pay perfect tribute to those lost at Hillsborough. Updates on the way.

A minute's applause will be held before kick-off at Anfield to mark the anniversary of Hillsborough. Chief campaigner Margaret Aspinall is in attendance, as is Kenny Dalglish, as You'll Never Walk Alone rings around Anfield.

Hairs. Neck. You know the rest.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher appearing on co-commentary on my feed of the game at Anfield. *Mutes volume*.

Just 10 minutes until kick-off at Anfield where a flag is being passed around the lowest tier in the stadium, paying tribute to those who died during the Hillsborough disaster. Both sets of players will wear black armbands to mark the 28th anniversary of one of English football's darkest days.

Teams on their way out in each of the four games kicking off at 7:45pm, including at The Emirates Stadium where Arsenal are hosting West Ham. Live updates available here.

Doesn't exactly capture the atmosphere around Merseyside tonight, but thanks to Reuters nonetheless for this gem from within the bowels of Anfield.

Will 40 points be enough to stay in the Premier League this season? Two wins will take Bournemouth to that magic total, with only one side having been relegated with more points in the division's history. The Cherries have not lost since February yet have been dragged into the scrap for survival. Can they go once again against one of the division's so-called big boys?

Elsewhere, it's about the teams from north London. Arsenal host a West Ham side who themselves are facing a late season battle to avoid relegation while in south Wales 17th place Swansea will attempt to put daylight between themselves and Hull against title chasing Tottenham. Coverage of those two games can be found here. Don't say we don't treat you.

You would be forgiven for at least having one eye on events elsewhere in the Premier League tonight, where there are five other games to get your teeth into. The race for the title has been given an added edge thanks to Chelsea's defeat to Crystal Palace and Antonio Conte's side must bounce back against a Manchester City side chasing a top four spot. Pep Guardiola has named his team for the clash at Stamford Bridge with two surprise inclusions; Vincent Kompany for his first start since November and Fabian Delph who starts in the top flight for the first time since May 2016. You can follow the build-up to that game and live coverage here.

Update from Jurgen Klopp on Sadio Mane, who could miss the rest of the season with a knee injury suffered against Everton.

"Sadio is not involved [tonight]. I cannot say more than I said yesterday, but it doesn't look good and that's how it is.

"It doesn't look at the moment like he could play one more game this season, but if somebody wants to surprise me with positive [news] then I am open for this. We will see.

"There is no final judgement. We have to wait for more assessments and then we will know more."

Three changes meanwhile for Bournemouth. Andrew Surman misses out as expected so in comes Jack Wilshere, with Jordon Ibe and Harry Arter are also recalled.

Two changes for Liverpool from the win over Everton. Joel Matip and Sadio Mane both miss out through injury, with Ragnar Klavan and Divock Origi starting instead. Emre Can starts despite concerns over his fitness.

Teams in from Anfield.

Not that Liverpool should need much motivation for tonight's game. They could go eight point clear of fifth place with a win.

The expectation of Daniel Sturridge has rapidly declined since the start of his career.

IBT HQ is currently the setting for a raging debate about the best football film ever made. Bend It Like Beckham, Goal 3 and Escape to Victory featuring quite low on the list, it must be said.

Before the teams drop time to look back to one of the games of the season when Bournemouth beat Liverpool for the first time in their history in a seven-goal thriller back in December. The Reds led 3-1 but Nathan Ake struck in stoppage time to ensure Eddie Howe's men came away with all three points. You can remind yourselves of the drama of that afternoon here.

Against the backdrop of a key Premier League game, it will be a reflective mood around Anfield before kick-off.

So how might both teams line-up as we await confirmation of both XIs?

Sadio Mane is out with a knee injury which could force him to miss the rest of the season. Divock Origi could return while Daniel Sturridge is back in contention after resuming training last week. Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson are longer-term absentees.

Andrew Surman suffered a knee injury against Southampton and may not play again this term. Jack Wilshere should win a recall as a result but Tyrone Mings remains suspended.

No Sadio Mane and no Adam Lallana but seemingly that is no problem for Liverpool, who are now within touching distance of ensuring they are playing Champions League football next season. Victory tonight will open up an eight-point advantage over fifth place Manchester United - with Arsenal able to draw level with Jose Mourinho's side tonight.

Bournemouth are probably another top flight win away from preparing for another season in the Premier League - though they may still need more than 40 points to survive the drop. Eddie Howe has grand designs on signing Jack Wilshere at the end of the season, a sign of their ambitions, but doing the double of Liverpool for the first time ever will be at the forefront of his mind.

Team news and all the build-up ahead of the 8pm kick-off on the way.
