North West's Hand Piercings Looks Swollen, Might Require Surgery To Get Them Removed

North West is her dad Kanye West's twin. Not only do they look alike; they are also very artistic. At just 12 years old, North is fortunate enough to be allowed to express herself, continuing to make headlines for her over-the-top fashion choices, hairstyles, and makeup.

North's mum, Kim Kardashian, spoke candidly about the kind of relationship they have with each other. She said her eldest daughter has a lot of rules she needs to follow. The reality TV star also said she doesn't try to be North's best friend, but as a mum, it is her responsibility to nurture her children.

Swollen Piercings

Kanye and Kardashian's eldest child once again made headlines after she was photographed with what looked like 12 piercings on her hand. On TikTok, user sugeneshin_ pointed out how the piercings still look swollen, which suggests she only got them recently. The TikTok user also questioned North's parents' decision to allow their young daughter to get multiple piercings like that. After all, they must have been painful to endure.

When the time comes that North wants to get rid of her piercings, the TikTok user said she would have to get the microdermal surgically removed. There could also be some risks to the placement of the piercings because it could potentially target North's bones and veins.

Several people also commented on North's photos showing what looks like piercings. 'It's unsettling to see this on a 12-year-old', one person wrote.

'A prime example of choose your wife carefully or your daughter will become her', another person wrote.

'Don't worry much. They can pay a doctor to treat them. What's bad are normal teens who do not have money in case of emergency', another person wrote.

Others also questioned why the TikTok user even cares about North's piercings, saying only the child's parents should be worried about her. Several others also pointed out that some of the piercings on North's hands could be fake and at least three could be real.

Old Piercings Are Real?

Last year, North already debuted her microdermal piercings on two of her fingers. At the time, Kardashian already faced backlash for allowing her then-11-year-old daughter to undergo such a serious and painful procedure. But during her appearance on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast, the reality TV star said she wants her daughter to embrace her own style.

'She has a really unique style. She puts me on to so many brands, like she just loves what she loves. And it's just really fun to see someone be so creative. And also know herself so much', Kardashian said.

Other Piercings Could Be Fake

It is possible that the other piercings on North's hands could be fake. As some TikTok users pointed out, it is possible the 'piercings' are just stickers.

'I don't think they're a real piercing,' one person wrote.

'Play piercings. They're temporary,' another social media user shared their thoughts.

'They're fake. It's illegal to pierce someone under 18,' one more person commented.
