Calvin Harris went on a Twitter tirade on Wednesday (13 July) after Taylor Swift's representatives revealed that the songstress co-wrote the song titled This Is What You Came For. The Scottish DJ was emotional when he made his comments but at the end of day the ex-couple's collaboration on the song is just business.

Billboard has crunched some numbers and come up with an estimate as to how much the former couple might be taking home from the collaboration.

"Swift would get about $193,000 (£145, 869) for co-writing the song, while co-writer (and performer and producer) Harris would get $354,000," the music website reported.

The Scottish DJ was not happy after the Blank Spaces singer took credit for the song even though she had penned it under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg. Harris has accused the singer of trying to "bury" him just to make him look bad after their break-up earlier in June.

The 32-year-old DJ initially praised Swift as an amazing lyric writer but then went on to thrash the singer for revealing her involvement in the song.

"And she sings on a little bit of it too Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual," Harris wrote on Twitter on Wednesday (13 July). "I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym."

Harris further said instead of trying to tear him down Swift should focus on her relationship with her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston.

"I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do," he said.

"Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though."

Harris did not stop here. He went on to drag Swift's rival Katy Perry into his Twitter outburst. It is rumoured that Swift and Perry are not on good terms, with the 26-year-old singer's song Bad Blood allegedly being about the Roar hitmaker.

"I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it," Calvin wrote.

Swift and Harris called it quits earlier in June after dating for 15 months.
