'My First Time Doing a Threesome': Alleged Trump Audio Posted on Democratic Party's Official TikTok

An unverified audio clip that presents Donald Trump describing a sexual threesome has been posted to the Democratic Party's official TikTok account, its on-screen text quoting him as saying: 'This is my first time.'

The video sits on the verified @democrats account and plays a sound waveform over a still image of the president. The full on-screen line reads: 'Trump describes threesome in new LEAKED audio: This is my first time.' A short caption beneath, 'a threesome with WHO?', is punctuated with a sobbing emoji. The account posted the clip on 18 September 2026.

Nothing accompanying the video says where the audio came from, who recorded it, or when it was supposedly captured. There is no independent confirmation that the voice belongs to Trump, or that any such recording exists beyond the clip on the app.

The post also lands in the middle of a well-documented run of AI-generated Trump audio that has circulated as though genuine through 2025 and 2026.

How AI 'Leaks' Became a Trend

Fact-checkers have spent months tracing bogus Trump recordings back to a single kind of tool. The fact-checking site Snopes found that a widely shared clip of Trump supposedly raging about the Epstein files and vowing to start a war to bury the case was fabricated, generated with OpenAI's Sora 2, the video-and-audio model released on 30 September 2025.

Other fabricated clips have shown Trump musing about renaming Washington. Many surfaced first on partisan accounts, then travelled on without the watermarks that would have exposed their artificial origins. None of that settles how the threesome clip was made, but it leaves the burden of proof squarely on the post, and that proof is not there.

Why the Fakes Land

Fabricated audio tends to take hold when it echoes something its target has genuinely been accused of, and Trump's record gives these clips a foothold.

A federal jury in Manhattan found him liable in 2023 for sexually abusing the writer E. Jean Carroll in the mid-1990s, and for defaming her, awarding about $5M (£3.7M), according to court records.

A separate case over his 2019 denials produced an $83.3M (£62.2M) defamation judgment in January 2024. Trump denied the claims at every turn, yet in June 2026 the US Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal of the $5M (£3.7M) verdict, and Carroll was paid roughly $5.6M (£4.2M) the following month.

His association with the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has drawn parallel scrutiny, sustained through 2025 and 2026 by a series of congressional document releases.

In November 2025, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee published emails from Epstein's estate in which the financier claimed Trump 'knew about the girls,' and described an unnamed woman who 'spent hours' at his house with Trump. The emails stopped short of alleging a crime.

Trump has never been charged in the Epstein case and has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, calling the disclosures a 'Democrat hoax'. He signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law that month, saying 'We have nothing to hide,' after the House voted 427 to one to release the files.

The one indisputably real recording of this type remains the 2005 Access Hollywood tape, on which Trump was caught making crude remarks about grabbing women.

A Party Account in the Mix

What separates this episode from the daily churn of online misinformation is the messenger.

Unverified material spreads on TikTok constantly, but here it carries the imprint of a national party's flagship account rather than an anonymous meme page, lending it a reach and an air of authority a throwaway upload would never command.

Neither the caption nor the video says where the audio came from, or whether the party stands behind it as fact, and IBTimes UK could not verify the recording.
