According to the synopsis, Jamal and Lucious are on their way to forming a music-centered relationship, but once again, Lucious has a secret that's about to change everything.

Fans can expect some more drama in the two-hour finale. While, Hakeem decides to flirt with the enemy, he also tries to figure out what are the best moves for his career. Cookie is planning somethings on her own, as Snoop Dogg and Rita Ora would appear as guest stars.

Post the events in Sins of the Father (previous episode), nearly everyone within the Lyon family has a reason to be upset with Lucious. But arguably, Jamal is the most who will be most affected as he learns that Lola is not his daughter, but actually his baby sister.

Jussie Smollett (Jamal) told The Hollywood Reporter: "At this time, it's like, 'How many times can Lucious Lyon show that he ain't shit?' At this point, are we really surprised by the kinds of things Lucious does? We're not shocked! [Jamal]'s upset, and he's hurt, and he's pissed off, but keep in mind, it was only a couple weeks, and as much as he loved this baby girl, I think it was more about he saw what his life could be if he had a child [in general], and it was a really awesome thing."

On the other hand, Hakeem is not happy with his father for paying off his girlfriend Camilla (Naomi Campbell) to be out of his life.

Bryshere Gray (Hakeem) explained, "The crazy thing is each member of the Lyons [are] deeply mad at Lucious, and it's a crazy mental state to be in because you don't know what that person may do."

He added, "For Hakeem, it's anger, drinking, smoking marijuana, dealing with Camilla and Lucious. He's a train wreck right now. He needs his father's guidance, but he doesn't have it."

As far as spoilers about the finale are concerned, according to Gray, fans can "expect a lot of family drama, murder and some scandalous things going on."

E!Online reported, Anika (Grace Gealey) will be back in the finale, to drop a bombshell on the Lyon family.

"If you thought you hated her now, just wait!" Grace Gealey teases of Lucious' ex in the finale. "That's as much as I can say..." But the report goes on to state, "Anika does something with and/or to one of the three sons that will likely leave your jaw unhinged."

Meanwhile, executive producer Danny Strong has promised a cliffhanger ending to the season.

Strong said, of the finale, "I'm a very no-spoiler kind of person. My attitude on that is you'll just have to watch and find out. ... It's a very explosive finale. Not surprising, right, given the nature of our storytelling. Many things go down, many things will be resolved. Alliances will shift and, yet, it may or may not be completely resolved by the time it's all over. A lot will be resolved. We're not going to Laura Palmer (from Twin Peaks) the finale."
