Watch the Lambeth Bridge bus explosion that scared the hell out of London
A double-decker bus was blown up on Lambeth Bidge on Sunday 7 February as part of a stunt for a new movie, shocking some locals who took to social media to express their surprise at what they believed was a real explosion. The fireball was filmed for an action thriller The Foreigner, starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan.
Members of the London Fire Brigade were on standby and shared a video and photograph of the blast. Some Twitter users said how shocked they were by the explosion, including a mother who was enjoying a day in the park with her children:
Given the current 'climate', blowing a London bus up on Lambeth Bridge is pretty f*ckin stupid...https://t.co/ynuhSw7YBf
