Suits season 6
Sarah Rafferty as Donna Paulsen in Suits USA Network

Harvey and Donna's love story came to an unfortunate end when Donna decided to go to work for Louis Litt in the season 4 finale. But she later came back to help him with Mike's problem in the final episodes of season 5. Keeping this in mind, fans have been speculating about a chance at love between Donna and Harvey in season 6.

Actress Sarah Rafferty, who plays Harvey's assistant, doesn't think so. "We're not going to dig too much into emotions between [Donna and Harvey]," she said at the Suits season 6 premiere event [via TV Line.]

Teasing their "confusing relationship", the actress shared, "They're really busy working s—t out, and they're not going to have their confusing relationship status get in the way of their goals."

However, season 6 may find Donna being Louis's wing-man. "I have always said that if I need a wing-man, I would pick Donna. She's the superhero of wing-men, so she gets to put on her cape and help him out," Rafferty added.

The 6th season of the USA Network drama will premiere on 13 July. The upcoming season will pick up with Mike Ross in prison, after accepting a two-year plea deal in the season 5 finale to spare his colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt. Meanwhile, the firm will struggle with the fallout from Mike's decision, as the partners have defected, leaving Harvey, Jessica, Louis, Donna and Rachel to pick up the pieces and get their firm up and running again.

Previously, Patrick J Adams said that Mike Ross going to prison is "good for the show". Speaking at the premiere event in NYC, "We've been building for five seasons towards somebody having to face the music for this secret that they had been keeping. So I think it was really brave for them — and good for the show — to just change it up that much and to not run away."
