Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi's Redmi 1S, which is embraced with open arms by buyers in India every time the budget smartphone goes on flash sales in the country, will see 100,000 units of the phone being offered in its sixth flash sale on 14 October.

Confirming the 'extended stocks' of Redmi 1S on Flipkart, the Chinese smartphone company has opened registrations for the 14 October Diwali flash sale.

Click here to navigate to Flipkart now, and register yourself to participate in the 14 October Flash Sale, and thereby stand a chance of purchasing the Rs 5,999 (£60, USD100) priced Redmi 1S.

Also keep in mind that if you missed out on buying the Redmi 1S during Xiaomi's 30 September flash sale despite having registered to buy, you need to register again on Flipkart to participate in the 14 October flash sale.

More Redmi 1S smartphone units up for grabs

With sufficient stocks (nearly 100,000 units), potential buyers fretting about having missed out on buying the Redmi 1S in Xiaomi's recent flash will have lots to cheer about and they could practically end up buying a Xiaomi Redmi 1S that is priced at Rs 5,999.

As Xiaomi's Redmi 1S sells out in seconds during flash sales, it is imperative for buyers to register again, and log on to Flipkart at least a few hours prior to the flash sale opening.

Along with the Redmi 1S, Xiaomi has stated that it will also offer the high-end Mi 3 priced at Rs 14,000 (£143, $22) in India during the Diwali festive season.

Xiaomi had also put up nearly 150,000 Redmi 1S smartphone units for sale on Flipkart during the latter's controversial 'big billion day' on 6 October.
