Andrew Tate has drawn criticism on X after posting that he wished he were interested in 'eels and horses' rather than 'little lying ho*s', adding that he probably would not be in jail if he were.

The post has drawn attention amid separate allegations described in UK extradition documents and reported by Rolling Stone. The outlet reportedly alleges that British investigators found footage involving a horse and an eel on a device attributed to Tate. The reported description has not been established as a finding of fact.

Tate's 'Eels and Horses' Post Draws Backlash

According to UK extradition documents reported by Rolling Stone, British authorities allege that images depicting sexual acts involving a horse and an eel were found on a device reportedly linked to Andrew Tate.

Tate's lawyer, Joseph McBride, has disputed his client's connection to the material, telling the outlet, 'He told them visitors used the devices in that house. He told them he had never downloaded, received, or viewed images of people with animals and that images circulating in large group chats could have been saved to the devices automatically.' The allegations form part of extradition proceedings and have not been established as findings of guilt.

Some users criticised the post, with one commenter writing, 'Beastality [sic] is crime, you f*cking idiot.' Another responded, 'Or maybe you'd be better off taking responsibility for your own choices instead of blaming women for everything.'

A third user wrote, 'Being into eels and horses over women isn't the flex you think it is, mate.' These reactions reflect criticism of his post and do not establish the separate allegations.

Extradition Documents Detail Alleged Messages With Teenager

Separately, according to the outlet, UK extradition documents describe more than 1,000 WhatsApp messages between Andrew Tate and a girl reportedly aged 17 in 2015. The documents reportedly describe exchanges in which Tate acknowledged her age and expressed concern about potential legal consequences.

The documents further allege that Tate pressured the teenager to perform sexual acts on camera, including by threatening to 'dump her' if she did not comply. These are allegations described in extradition materials, not findings of guilt.

Tate's Lawyer Disputes Allegations

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has decided to prosecute Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, for further alleged offences in the UK. According to the CPS, Andrew faces seven further counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and 19 additional charges relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan faces one further count of sexual assault, two counts of rape, and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

In an email to Rolling Stone, Joseph McBride, the brothers' lawyer, questioned the timing of the additional charges, describing it as 'dubious'. He argued that the authorities had taken almost a decade to bring them and said they had been authorised on 10 July 2026, eight days before the brothers' arrest in Miami.

McBride argued that the allegations had not been tested in court and criticised the authorities for withholding the accusers' identities. 'The United Kingdom asks the United States to surrender two American citizens on the word of accusers it will not name, on stories told to police years after the fact, and on charges it waited a decade to bring, which is to say on nothing that has ever been tested (in court),' McBride wrote. 'God bless Andrew and Tristan Tate,' he added. McBride's statements represent the defence's position and are not judicial findings.

Extradition Proceedings Continue

Andrew, a former professional kickboxer, appeared on the UK reality show Big Brother in 2016. He subsequently built a large online following through content about masculinity, relationships, wealth, and success.

The Tate brothers were arrested in Miami on 18 July 2026 following a UK extradition request. Both deny wrongdoing and are contesting extradition. The brothers are presumed innocent unless and until their guilt is established in court.
