Android 5.0 update is available for Vodafone LG G3 users in the Europe. LG

Looks like the long-awaited Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade is now available for LG's 2014 flagship smartphone in the Europe.

It is not clear if the update has already hit all regions in Europe, but Android Geeks claim to have received the Android Lollipop sweet treatment on their Vodafone LG G3 in Romania.

Carrying build number, LRX21R, the Android 5.0 update for LG G3 weighs in at 520MB. Users are recommended to have a stable Wi-Fi connection for downloading the update and avoid data plan.

As the update is rolling out in phases, it will not be available for all users to download and install at the moment. When it becomes available, you should receive a notification. Tap on it and choose 'Download now' and wait for some time until the download is completed, then select 'Install now'. Upon the completion of the installation, your LG G3 will reboot.

If you have not received the notification for the update yet, you can check for this manually. Navigate to Settings>> General>> About phone>> Software update>> Check now.

Vodafone UK users have also confirmed that the Lollipop update is now available for their LG G3 variants.
