Alien Visitors May Seek Human 'Genes, Reproduction,' USAF Whistleblower Dylan Borland Claims in Podcast

Former US Air Force geospatial intelligence specialist Dylan Borland has claimed on Sean Hannity's podcast that the US government has recovered a non-human craft.

Borland, who testified before Congress in September 2025, also suggested that alien visitors might seek human 'genes, reproduction', though he explicitly called that theory hypothetical.

Borland told a House of Representatives task force that he saw a silent triangular object at Langley Air Force Base in the summer of 2012.

Borland made the government claim on Hang Out with Sean Hannity, where he appeared alongside UFO investigator Ben Hansen.

Their discussion also covered Borland's reported Langley sighting, an alleged UFO crash retrieval programme and mysteries surrounding Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

'Does the government have craft that have been recovered? Yes, they do,' Borland said. Hannity asked whether he knew 'for a fact' that the government had such a craft and whether he was allowed to address the subject publicly. Borland answered 'Yes'.

That answer leaves little room for doubt about Borland's position. He still asserts that a recovered non-human craft exists. His Air Force background and testimony before Congress do not, by themselves, verify what the government holds.

Why Borland Raised Human Genes and Reproduction

Hannity then suggested that any visitors' intentions might be less malevolent than some people imagine. 'There seems to be an interest in getting something from us,' he said, prompting Borland to offer a possible motive.

Borland replied that 'it seems to do with genes, reproduction,' adding, 'this is literally a hypothetical, maybe their planet's dead and they're coming here to replace us.' He offered the idea as speculation, not as a finding about why aliens might visit Earth.

The distinction matters. Borland presented the recovered-craft claim as something he knew 'for a fact', while carefully labelling his explanation of alien motives as hypothetical. The latter may be more unsettling, but it cannot be treated as evidence of a plan.

What Dylan Borland Told Congress About Langley

In his written statement to the House task force, Borland said his team had been on standby for weather in summer 2012 when he returned to his barracks on base. At approximately 0130, he said, he saw an approximately 100-foot-long equilateral triangle fly from near the NASA hangar and come within one hundred feet of where he stood.

'This craft interfered with my telephone, did not have any sound, and the material it was made of appeared fluid or dynamic,' Borland told the task force. He said he remained beneath it for a few minutes before it rapidly ascended to commercial jet level in seconds.

The description is specific, down to the reported effect on his telephone. It remains Borland's account of the encounter, not independent confirmation of the object's origin. In his statement, he described its departure in one more sentence. 'It displayed zero kinetic disturbance, sound, or wind displacement.'
