Former CEO of Ed Hardy is being sued by a female masseuse who claims the guy tried to force her to have sex with him.

The former CEO of T-shirt company Ed Hardy has found himself embroiled in a lawsuit over allegations that he tried to have sex with a masseuse during a therapy session at his Malibu mansion.

Hubert Guez is reportedly facing legal action over the assault, brought by a woman identified in court documents as Magdelda.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, the businessman, who previously owned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died, forcefully grabbed Magdelda and pulled her on to his exposed penis while grabbing her breasts and buttocks.

The suit, filed in LA County superior court, also claims that he suggested that the plaintiff "perform sex acts with his wife while [Guez] watched".

The offence allegedly took place in May 2012 after Magdelda was called to Guez's home to for his regular massage.

She claims she suffered serious mental and physical injuries as a result of the alleged assault and is seeking an undisclosed amount in punitive damages.

Guez and Ed Hardy could not be reached for comment.
