After winning all five group stage fixtures, Gemini Arabians come into the first semi-final clash of the MCL as favourites to win the tie and go on to win the tournament. They have been in exceptional form, both with the ball and bat.

In the earlier round, the Arabians defeated Sagittarius Strikers by 12 runs, despite posting a mammoth total of 224 runs. It is expected to be a good clash, considering both teams have former big hitters.

The winner of this clash will face the winner of the second semi-final between Leo Lions and Virgo Super Kings in the final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 13 February.
