Geoff Ogunlesi has attracted attention after marrying jewellery designer Jennifer Meyer, but he has also built a career in music management. The 34-year-old music executive founded The Ogunlesi Group in 2022 and has worked on projects by artists including Young Thug, Gunna and María Becerra. He is also the son of Nigerian financier Adebayo Ogunlesi, whose infrastructure investment firm was acquired by BlackRock in 2024.

Adebayo 'Bayo' Ogunlesi is a Nigerian-born lawyer and investment banker. He is a founding partner, chairman and chief executive of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), as well as a senior managing director at BlackRock and a member of its board and Global Executive Committee.
