Fans can finally say 'I'm coming to the cottage' as Heated Rivalry's iconic cottage will be available on Airbnb

Fans of Heated Rivalry can finally recreate one of the series' most unforgettable moments. Viewers can now ask their partner Shane Hollander's famous invitation — 'Will you come to my cottage this summer?' — and hope for the same answer Ilya Rozanov gave his rival-turned-lover: 'I'm coming to the cottage.'
In a move that takes the internet's latest obsession into the real world, the actual Canadian cottage featured in the show is officially heading to Airbnb this March.
Since HBO's steamy hit series took the world by storm in late 2025, fans have been dreaming of their own lakeside escape. Now, the iconic Barlochan Cottage, tucked away in the rugged beauty of Muskoka north of Toronto, is opening its doors. Bookings officially go live in March. Here is everything you need to know before trying to snag a stay at what may be the most famous cabin in Canada.
Heated Rivalry's Iconic Cottage Listed on Airbnb
Fans can now take their Heated Rivalry obsession into the real world, as the owner of the show's iconic cottage — the lakeside Barlochan Cottage tucked away in Muskoka, north of Toronto — will soon make it available for booking. Reservations go live on 3 March at 12:00 pm Eastern Time.
Fans can rent out the cottage for CAD $248.10 (£134.04) per night, or approximately $181 USD — a cheeky nod to the jersey numbers of Hudson Williams' character, Shane Hollander (24), and Connor Storrie's character, Ilya Rozanov (18).
For those who are interested, fair warning, the place will surely be booked up faster, so if you're one of those people who have fallen in love with the show, you'd better lace up your 'skates' and hit the goal of booking the cottage to be able to spend the best time of your lives just like Shane and Ilya did.
All the Details about the Barlochan Cottage
On Airbnb, the hosts describe the property as: 'The iconic Barlochan Cottage was featured on a hit TV show this season and is a luxurious, modern retreat boasting nearly 400ft of private waterfront — perfect for enjoying Muskoka's spectacular sunsets.'
As fans will know, the cottage features three bedrooms, as shown in the series, along with a living room complete with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The listing also highlights a Muskoka room with a walkout patio, television, high ceilings, and large windows. In addition, the property includes a recording room and an exercise room.
Guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as swimming in the lake, kayaking, canoeing, and relaxing by the iconic fire pit where the on-screen lovers once stayed. The cottage also offers stunning lake views and is pet-friendly. Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out at 10:00am.
Heated Rivalry's Plot
The drama follows Hollander and Rozanov's decade-long secret romance, charting their evolution from competitive 'hate-hookups' to a deep, transformative love. The 6-episode series has been praised as a masterclass in the enemies-to-lovers trope, exploring themes of masculinity, identity and authenticity in professional sports.
In December 2025, HBO Max and Crave confirmed that the show will return for a second season. The upcoming season is set to leap forward in time to adapt The Long Game, the sixth instalment in Rachel Reid's acclaimed book series.
Picking up nearly a decade after Shane and Ilya's first meeting, the storyline will explore the heavy emotional burden of their long-term secret and Ilya's burgeoning desire to finally live an authentic life in the public eye. Scripts are currently being finalised, with principal photography scheduled to commence in the summer of 2026.
With Season 2 of the show still in the works and expected to be released in early 2027, fans will have to wait a little longer — and perhaps relax at the show's iconic cottage in the meantime.
