iZombie pre-finale: Will Liv and Ravi stop Major from learning their brain-eating secret?

iZombie, CW network's super hit thriller, will air its penultimate episode on 2 June. The pre-finale episode is titled Dead Rat, Live Rat, Brown Rat, White Rat, where Liv's ex-fiance Major will get another inch closer to unravelling her brain-eating secrets.

Fans are aware that Olivia turns into a half-zombie-half-human after a creepy infection and is helping Ravi solve murder mysteries by eating dead people's brains.

Liv's boss Ravi, meanwhile, continues his search for a cure for his assistant but he will face difficulties from Major who is looking for vengeance after Lowell's death.

"It's growing increasingly difficult, especially for Ravi, to keep his mouth shut on the whole issue. What's going to happen is if they don't say anything soon, it's going to be forced anyways, because he's getting too close and he's found the brains. So there's only so much time before the truth is right in front of them all," Robert Buckley, who plays the character of Major, told TV Line.

The official synopsis of the pre-finale episode reads: "A group of drunken teenagers take a late night joyride with disastrous consequences. As they cover up the accident, the man mysteriously comes back to life and attacks one of the girls. After Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the girl's brain, she is taken back to high school as she and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) investigate the case. A surprise death of one of the victim's friends raises some serious questions about the case. Major (Robert Buckley) believes Blaine's (David Anders) deli is not all it seems to be."

After the show's huge popularity, CW has renewed the series for season two. The next episode of iZombie is written by Diane Ruggiero-Wright and will air this Tuesday. In case you miss it when it is aired click here to watch the episode online.
