Real Housewives' Lisa Rinna Names the 'Biggest Bully in Hollywood': 'He Was Unpredictable'
Lisa Rinna's memoir reveals her tumultuous past with a soap opera co-star.

Lisa Rinna has never been one to retreat from a public feud, but her latest revelations suggest the most intimidating figures in her career were not found on a reality television set. While her tenure on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was defined by glass‑shattering rows and online spats, her new memoir turns the spotlight further back, to her early days in daytime television.
In it, the actress names a former soap co‑star as the most difficult person she has ever worked with, alleging he was 'horrible' to her and subjected her to verbal and psychological abuse.
Soap Opera Veteran Labeled as Hollywood's Greatest Bully
In candid interviews promoting her book, Rinna identifies her former Days of Our Lives co‑star Robert Kelker‑Kelly as the 'biggest bully in Hollywood' in her memoir, You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It. She recalls a tense, volatile atmosphere when they worked together on the soap in the 1990s, saying his behaviour on set was often 'unpredictable'.
Rinna played fan favourite Billie Reed, while Kelker‑Kelly stepped into the iconic role of Bo Brady. Although their characters were an on‑screen couple, the Real Housewives alum says they 'hated each other...behind the scenes'.
According to Rinna, their professional relationship was strained by his allegedly explosive temperament on the long‑running daytime drama. She claims his presence created an atmosphere of fear that hung over their shared scenes and made filming 'incredibly taxing'.
'He made my life a living hell on the set of Days. He was horrible to me,' Rinna said. 'I'd go so far as to say verbally abusive. He was passive‑aggressive, manipulative, and played weird mind games.'
She also branded him 'a ticking time bomb', saying she never knew what version of him she would encounter at work because he was 'unpredictable'. Rinna alleges he would give her the 'silent treatment' if she did not do what he wanted.
'I never knew when I arrived on set each morning if I'd get nice Robert Kelker‑Kelly or dark Robert Kelker‑Kelly. He was unpredictable and it was exhausting,' the Another Woman's Husband star added.
Her account stands in stark contrast to the romantic chemistry their characters were expected to project to millions of daytime viewers.
Robert Kelker-Kelly and His Life After Daytime Television
Robert Kelker‑Kelly was once a major name in the soap world, recognised for his intense screen presence and rugged leading‑man image. Before joining Days of Our Lives from 1992 to 1995, he gained prominence as Sam Fowler on Another World and as Stavros Cassadine on General Hospital.
His work drew repeated industry recognition, including multiple Soap Opera Digest Awards and nominations. In 1993, he was nominated for the Hottest Male Star award for Days of Our Lives; in 1994, he won the Outstanding Lead Actor award for his role on the show. In 1995, Kelker‑Kelly and Rinna were jointly named Soap Opera Digest Awards' Hottest Soap Couple, according to IMDb.
Additional Revelations From Rinna's Explosive New Memoir
Beyond her experiences on Days, Rinna's memoir is packed with other headline‑grabbing disclosures about her personal struggles and high‑profile relationships.
She criticises Bravo executive Andy Cohen for publishing their private text messages in his own memoir, Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up. Rinna writes that she was so angry she 'gleefully' burned his book in her fireplace.
Rinna also addresses long‑standing rumours about her husband, actor Harry Hamlin, stating that her spouse of nearly 30 years is 'heterosexual'. She goes on to say she intends to maintain ties with her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmates, even when they are on bad terms, likening their connection to that of people who have 'gone through a war together'.
'This unbreakable bond goes as far as the other franchises, too,' she continued. 'As I'm writing this, there have been about 150 Housewives so far. We're in the same battle and part of an elite club. We don't have a secret handshake, but there's almost like a wink‑wink we have with one another.'
You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It was released on 24 February.
