The Pokemon Company has now released a flashy trailer announcing that legendary Pokemon Diancie will be available in the latest titles in the franchise. Have a look at it below.

Earlier this week, Diancie was leaked as a new Rock/Fairy-type Pokemon by CoroCoro magazine. It took number #719 spot on the Pokedex and was heralded as the star of the upcoming Pokemon film, The Cocoon of Destruction and Diancie, due for release in Japan in July this year.

"Diancie is an extremely rare Mythical Pokémon, a special Pokémon that cannot be found during normal gameplay," said the Pokemon company.

"Known to boast the greatest beauty in all the world, Diancie's body glitters pink, captivating the hearts of many. During battle, Diancie can produce a great volume of diamonds instantaneously by compressing air between its hands. It uses these diamonds to attack enemies and protect itself."

So how can the new legendary Pokemon be obtained? The Pokemon Company mentioned that all details regarding finding the new Pokemon will be given out at a later date.

In November 2013, three legendary Pokemon were discovered in the code of the Pokemon X and Y games. Their names were Hoopa, Volcanion and of course Diancie. Now that Diancie has been confirmed, fans are hoping that The Pokemon Company will start talking about Hoopa and Volcanion.

Pokemon Bank, a cloud storage app, was recently released to Pokemon X and Y owners in Europe and North America. It happens to be a storage vault, which also comes with a Pokemon Transporter, which allows for transfer of Pokemon between previous titles from the franchise.
