Rihanna and Chris Brown Enjoy Secret Tryst aboard Cannes Yacht

Rihanna is said to have reignited her controversial romance with ex-lover Chris Brown by reportedly spending the night him aboard a yacht in Cannes.

The 24-year-old singer, who has been on holiday with friends, was claimed to have been joined on the French Riviera by Brown who has rented his own multimillion pound yacht.

An insider revealed that the You Da One hitmaker was excited about their meeting and spent "all evening getting ready to see him".

After Brown's arrival, the pair were said to have hung out with a group of friends before spending a romantic evening together.

A source told The Sun: "Chris is staying on the yacht next to Rihanna's. He's got rappers Swizz Beatz and Ludacris with him and they've decided to film a music video too.

"It was a last-minute trip, but Chris wanted to see Rihanna. They have this weird addiction to each other and can't seem to stay away."

Rihanna sent her Twitter followers a cryptic message saying: "Last night was beautiful".

Any rekindled relationship is sure to spark controversy among anti-domestic violence groups after Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna after a pre-Grammy bash in 2009
