Tommy Hilfiger is opening its largest UK flagship store, in London's Knightsbridge on November 24.

The store will reflect the same aesthetic as the label's New York global flagship on Fifth Avenue, featuring sleek walnut fixtures and oak flooring, reports Vogue.

"I am really excited to open our European flagship store on London's prestigious Brompton Road," said Tommy Hilfiger quoted Vogue.

The 8,288 square-foot space will carry menswear and womenswear catwalk collections, as well as sportswear, childrenswear and the Hilfiger Denim line.

Hilfiger added: "Since starting my brand in 1985, prep has been my main inspiration, and as the birthplace of preppy style, England is very close to my heart. London, rich in culture, history and art, is the perfect location for us to anchor our largest UK flagship store, and offer our customers the complete classic American cool Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle."

The soon to be its largest UK store for Tommy Hilfiger will sit on Brompton Road, the Knightsbridge shopping avenue that also houses Harrods, Mulberry and Burberry.

Tommy Hilfiger CEO Fred Gehring commented. "The opening in this impressive retail environment provides us with an additional opportunity to position the brand in the market. London is one of the world's leading cities in retail and Brompton Road offers a unique blend of luxury and more accessible retail, making it the perfect location for our brand. Given the momentum of our business in the UK, this is a natural evolution to deliver on our goal to have a flagship store in all of the capital cities of Europe" quoted Elle.

The new Knightsbridge store joins more than 1,000 Hilfiger stores worldwide.
