With Commander Lexa's death, the peace barrier between the 12 Clans and Sky Crew is broken. The Grounders will declare a war on Arkadia to avenge the death of their people, and Marcus Kane will try to save his crew in the upcoming episode of The 100.

Episode 8 is titled Terms And Conditions, which will deal with the repercussions of Lexa's death. Also, Pike's leadership will be questioned and Bellamy will be forced to make a difficult choice — to support Pike or Kane. Click here to watch the episode online on The CW website (only in the US).

The official synopsis reads as follows:

Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) is searching for a peaceful way to handle things but soon realizes he may be forced to resort to drastic measures. Meanwhile, Pike (guest star Michael Beach, Sons Of Anarchy) suspects that there may be a leak within the walls of Arkadia. Lastly, Raven (Lindsey Morgan) has a plan and reaches out to Jasper (Devon Bostick) for help.

Executive producer Jason Rothberg previewed what to expect in episode 8. He told Variety: "We will definitely tell a big Arkadia story in the next episode. We will begin to see the ramifications of the fact that Pike has a rebellion on his hands, that he now knows about because of what Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) did to warn the village, which led to the death of people on their side of things. "

The episode will also focus on Bellamy who will have to make a choice. "Bellamy (Bob Morley) is going to face harder and harder choices with regard to who to support," Rothenberg said.

Lexa's death will be a big turning point, according to the executive producer. He said, "It's interesting, because now that Lexa is gone, politics have to step aside for a moment. In Polis now we'll see the conclave and the selection of a new Commander and how that will play out, but they don't know that that's happened in Arkadia."

"In Arkadia, we will see the paranoia that now begins to take hold — who's part of this rebellion and neighbor spying on neighbor. It's a little bit of an internal focus in both camps, Polis, and Arkadia, for a couple episodes, before things reconnect," he added.

A new promo for the episode shows the 12 Clans declaring war on Arkadia. The Grounder messenger tells Pike and Bellamy, "Life was taken, we demand life in return." Pike asks what their terms are, to which they say, "Come with us, and we walk away. By order of the Commander, you have been surrounded by an army of the 12 clans. In every direction, warriors wait to kill anyone who attempts to cross the blockade."

Then they warn all the Sky army, "If you do not give up your leader, you will all take time a long time to die." Then one of the Grounders points to Bellamy and says, "Bellamy, choose the side that's best for your people."

Which side will Bellamy choose? To know more, watch The 100 season 3 episode 8 that airs on 10 March at 9pm EST on The CW.
