Xiaomi 18 Pro Leak Reveals 7,000mAh Battery And Dual 200MP Cameras
Explore the anticipated features of the upcoming Xiaomi 18 Pro, including its impressive battery and camera specs.

The Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to come out in September, roughly around the same month when the Xiaomi 17 Pro came out. That said, all eyes are on the potential features the new phone will have to offer.
The latest leak on the Xiaomi 18 Pro comes from Digital Chat Station. According to the tipster, the Xiaomi 18 Pro may come out with a higher-capacity battery of 7,000 mAh. If true, this would be a slight bump up from the Xiaomi 17 Pro, which has a 6,300 mAh battery.
Also, this would make the Xiaomi 18 Pro the first smartphone to come out with a large battery and two 200MP camera sensors. Aside from that, it could also show up Huawei and their battery plans.
Comparisons to Huawei Smartphones
Huawei is believed to be preparing to come out with phones with 7,000 mAh batteries. Rumours are claiming that this is something that will be seen on the Huawei Mate 90. The new phone is projected to come out in the second half of 2026.
Aside from that, the next Xiaomi flagship may also come out with a 200MP rear camera. This includes a 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. For comparison, the current Xiaomi 17 Pro features a 50MP camera, per GSM Arena.
Other features that the Xiaomi 18 Pro is expected to have are support for wireless charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a full waterproof rating.
The rear display that the Xiaomi 17 Pro has is also likely to be retained. The Xiaomi 18 Pro is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm chips. However, it remains unknown for now whether it will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 SoC. The current flagship runs on the Qualcomm SM8850-AC Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen.
Improved Display Claims
Aside from these rumoured features, the Xiaomi 18 Pro will likely come out with the same display as its predecessor. This means the next phone instalment will continue to sport the same 6.3-inch display that the Xiaomi 17 Pro had.
Aside from the Xiaomi 18 Pro, the Chinese multinational company is expected to offer three other phone options. The Xiaomi 18 will be the basic model of them all, a smartphone boasting a 6.3-inch display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor and a 50MP camera.
The only notable jump for the Xiaomi 18 Pro is the camera, which will be 200MP. The display size and processor remain the same.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max offers a bigger display, something that should be ideal for users who want phones with bigger screens. Beyond that, the processor and display are rumoured to be the same as the Xiaomi 18 Pro.
The mystery handset of them all is the Xiaomi 18 Ultra. The display is the same as the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. However, it will allegedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor.
