Apple iPad Pro to be released earlier than expected Reuters

Apple, which released the iPhone 6s and the larger 6s Plus as expected in September, now appears set to bring out the iPad Pro earlier than expected. Earlier, it was speculated that the iPad Pro would be released in November without an exact release date.

Now, according to a 9to5Mac report, Apple loyalists can expect the 12.9in slate in stores on 11 November. As of now, the iPad Pro is likely to be up for sale at online as well as brick-and-mortar retail stores only in the US.

Along with the iPad Pro, prospective customers can also expect to purchase customised accessories such as the Apple Pencil and Smart keyboard. These are priced at $99 (£64) and $169 (£109) respectively.

Apple's iPad Pro costs a staggering $799 (£517) and would be available in both 32GB and 64GB internal storage variants. A 128GB edition costs $1,000 (£640) and the tablet would be compatible with LTE networks.
