Other celebs joining him in the 90,000 capacity venue were Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre, 44, who arrived with former British heavyweight boxer, Frank Bruno, 55.
Meanwhile, pregnant one-time WAG Danielle Lloyd, 33, was snapped arriving at the iconic location with fiancé Michael O'Neil.
Online Anthony's A-List pals were also keen to lend support.
Model and reported former flame Cara Delevingne shared a photo of herself cuddling up to the man of the moment on Instagram. She captioned it: "Knock em dead @anthony_joshua (not actually dead but you know what I mean) #thosemuscles #dreamy."
Wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson also used social media to wish him well.
Alongside a snap of him with Anthony, he wrote: "Blood, sweat and respect 4L. Do what you do tonight brotha @anthony_joshua and become one step closer to the goal.
"Big luv and respect to both AJ and Klitschko – two heavyweight warriors in front of 90,000 at Wembley Stadium tonight laying it all out on the line.
"Great to see a heavyweight fight feel this big once again for the sport of boxing. Have a great fight boys and thank you both. #JoshuaKlitschko #AJBoxing #UAFamily".
Another fan was Daytime TV favourite Holly Willoughby, 36, who had appeared alongside the dad-of-one on her ITV show Play To The Whistle.
Uploading a picture from his appearance, she told her 2.1million Instagram followers: She wrote alongside it: "What a lovely man @anthony_joshua was when he came to play on #playtothewhistle… Come on #anthonyjoshua You got this!!!!"
