Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez Linked to Cheating Rumours After Anonymous Blind Item

Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez have been linked to cheating rumours after an anonymous blind item claimed a music producer believes he can 'do and say whatever he wants' without his partner leaving him. A TikTok creator connected the allegation to the married couple, questioning whether Blanco could be unfaithful without consequences. The video also raised the possibility of an open marriage, while commenters debated the claims. However, neither the blind item nor the supplied social media material establishes that Blanco has cheated.

What the Blind Item Claims About the Producer

The blind item, published by Crazy Days and Nights on 9 October 2026, describes an 'alliterate music producer' who allegedly believes his partner will not leave him because ending their marriage would cause too much embarrassment.

The post does not name Blanco or Gomez. The TikTok creator interpreted the description as referring to them, using the caption 'benny blanco cheating on selena gomez'.

The creator acknowledged that the allegation remained speculation. The identification of the couple comes from the TikTok creator, not the original blind item.

Why Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez Are Being Linked

Blanco is a music producer and performer, while Gomez is a singer, actress and producer. The similarities do not establish the identities of the people involved.

The creator argued that this was not the first blind item allegedly involving the couple and claimed repeated rumours created a concerning pattern. However, the supplied material does not independently verify earlier allegations. Repeated speculation does not establish infidelity.

The creator also suggested existing criticism of Blanco could shape how some people interpret negative rumours. This was the creator's interpretation, rather than evidence of misconduct.

TikTok Commenters Debate the Allegations

Comments showed differing reactions. Some viewers questioned the alleged behaviour, while others challenged the suggestion that ending a marriage would be more embarrassing than remaining in an unhappy relationship.

One commenter asked, 'How is leaving him more embarrassing than marrying him in the first place?' Another questioned the allegation by asking who Blanco had supposedly cheated with.

Several commenters speculated about an open marriage or swinging, echoing an alternative possibility raised in the video. The creator suggested the couple might have an arrangement permitting relationships with other people, but no evidence supplied establishes that such an arrangement exists.

An agreed relationship arrangement would differ from cheating, which depends on the boundaries a couple has established. The comments demonstrate competing interpretations, not confirmation of either scenario.

What Is Known About the Couple's Relationship

Gomez and Blanco publicly confirmed their relationship in December 2023 after previously collaborating professionally. They announced their engagement in December 2024 and married in California on 27 September 2025.

The creator noted that Gomez had publicly praised Blanco and described their relationship positively, contrasting those statements with speculation about their private life. The video offered no evidence that her public comments misrepresent their relationship.

The creator also referred to an earlier blind item allegedly involving Gomez contacting Justin Bieber. The supplied material does not verify that claim or connect it to the latest allegation.

Neither the blind item nor the supplied TikTok material establishes that Blanco has cheated, that the couple has an open marriage or that either celebrity has addressed this specific claim. The speculation remains unverified.
