Software version V20h for LG G3 D855. Android Hife

LG has released a new Android 5.0 Lollipop build through over-the-air (OTA) update for the LG G3.

LG released the Android 5.0 update for LG G3 starting with users in South Korea in November end. This was followed by the wider availability of the update with software version V20e and build number LRX21R for the unlocked LG G3 model in Europe.

The company has now released a new Android Lollipop firmware with software version V20h and a similar build LRX21R for LG G3 (D855) users in Europe. This roll-out marks the second Lollipop update for European users. Weighing in around 90MB, the Lollipop update addresses the issues spotted in the previous release, has new icons and smoother animation, reports TuttoAndroid. Members at the XDA forum have also confirmed the update.

"According to lg-phone-firmware.com/firmware-Lg+G3-Tutti-41 it is for NEU/NEU/Northern Europe. I have now CSE flashed this and can confirm that we now have the Lollipop Nav buttons," confirms a forum member.

"I had the V20H on OTA and the Notification menu has changed: you have to pull up twice to close it now, the first swipe masked the notifications and the second for the Quick settings," said junior member, mcoudert.

Besides, the members have shared the KDZ download link for the V20h software version. If the OTA update has not arrived in your region, you can flash the KDZ file for the stock firmware update on your LG G3 using the LG flash tool.
