Nintendo Teams Up With Crocs for Limited 'Animal Crossing' Clogs Launch This Summer

Animal Crossing fans are in for a treat this summer as Nintendo teams up with Crocs for a limited-edition footwear collection that brings the beloved life-simulation game to your feet, quite literally.

For the first time, Crocs has unveiled an Animal Crossing-themed collection, following the runaway success of its Pokémon release in October 2024. That range featured fan favourites such as Charizard, Gengar, Jigglypuff and Snorlax, and sold out within days, sparking global demand.

Now, Crocs is aiming to recreate that buzz with Animal Crossing, one of Nintendo's most iconic and cosy franchises.

Launching on 26 August 2025, the new collection captures the essence of the game's peaceful, nature-inspired world. The Adult Platform Clogs will retail for £55 ($69.99), while the Classic Clogs for children will be priced at £43 ($54.99). Each pair features playful designs inspired by in-game visuals such as fruit trees, sandy beaches and island landscapes that fans will instantly recognise.

Among the characters featured are series staples Tom Nook, K.K. Slider and Isabelle. The line will also include three packs of Jibbitz charms for customisation. The Collector and Creator five-packs will be available for £13 ($16.99) each, while individual charms of popular villagers like Rosie, Marshal and Bunnie will sell for £4 ($4.99) apiece.

According to Nintendo, the collection was designed to reflect the game's relaxing atmosphere. Green tones represent lush landscapes, while blue hues evoke the sea. Each pair is a wearable nod to the game's signature aesthetic.

The collection will be available exclusively through the official Crocs website. At the time of writing, pre-orders have not been confirmed. Given the popularity of previous collaborations and the strong global following for Animal Crossing, fans are advised to mark 26 August in their calendars. These are expected to sell out quickly.
