Dan Stevens has unveiled a sharply cropped 'RoboCop' haircut just days after Erling Haaland's viral buzz‑cut reveal, using a playful social‑media video to nod to the footballer as he prepares to play cyborg cop Alex Murphy.

The 'Downton Abbey' and 'Legion' star has been cast as the central character in Prime Video's upcoming eight‑episode 'RoboCop' series.

Shortly after the casting news emerged, Stevens appeared to tease the transformation required for the role with a playful social‑media post. The video arrives just days after Manchester City striker Erling Haaland caused attention with his own unexpected buzz cut.

Dan Stevens Debuts His 'RoboCop' Look

Stevens took to Instagram to show off his new haircut. The video opens with Haaland's own teaser for his hair reveal, but ends with Stevens asking, 'What do you want?' The actor also captioned the post, 'Tis the season', before tagging Haaland.

Haaland unveiled his new hairstyle ahead of Manchester City's Premier League campaign, replacing the flowing locks that had become part of his image with a buzz cut. Stevens Becomes Alex Murphy

Playing RoboCop will require another transformation, with Stevens taking on a character whose personality is deliberately restrained by his robotic exterior.
