GTA Online: Halloween DLC
GTA 5 Online DLC: Halloween vehicles speed comparison test, new interior car upgrades and scary sounds revealed YouTube

Renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) has revealed some intriguing details pertaining to the forthcoming Halloween DLC for GTA Online including the DLC vehicles' speed test, new interior car upgrades, and some scary sound upgrades for your car's horn. Some of the noteworthy car upgrades discussed in Ross's latest gameplay video include new bobble-heads, horn sounds, and a whole lot more to be explored.

With just a couple of days left for the Halloween's day, the time is ripe to delve deep into the highly-probable list of upgrades that will debut with the forthcoming Halloween update. As Ross explains, the two DLC cars, the Lurcher and Franken Stange, are put to stern speed test in a sprint race with complete custom upgrades installed onboard.

It is ascertained that the Lurcher has slightly slower acceleration in comparison to the Stange, while the former has greater top speed than the latter. However, in any actual race scenario we could expect both these cars to run neck-to-neck with barely any edge over each other, as the player has to constantly compromise on speed to take sharp turns and also avoid obstacles by cutting down on acceleration.

Although neither of these cars is actually built for circuit or drag races, there is no denying their use in freemode events or various Rockstar created jobs. Moving on the new set of bobbleheads that can be placed as part of interior upgrades on these vehicles, Ross reveals a leaked screenshot (see below) comprising the full selection of bobbles with a choice of maximum three colours in each set.

Some of the noteworthy bobblehead sets include baseball players, basketball players and several others including the Frenkenstein, the crazy witch ladies, zombies, Draculas and the chainsaw warriors.

Coming to the crazy set of horns and sounds, there are a bunch of them for different kinds of vehicles with a total of 158 horn sounds as seen in the audio podcast on the soundcloud website. Meanwhile, avid GTA gamers are encouraged to participate in the Rockstar Editor contest, wherein the best user-created videos will be judged on the following criteria: Creativity 25%, Originality 25%, Editing Skill 25% and Theme Interpretation 25%.

The winners of the contest will be announced on Rockstar Newswire on or after 23 November. The contest will be open for all GTA Online gamers starting at 12:01 PM ET on 28 October and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on 23 November ET or New York (US) local time.

Rockstar has not divulged any info about its forthcoming Halloween DLC and avid GTA gamers are eagerly awaiting its release. The curiosity among the fans is on the rise, following the spate of rumours and unsurpassed hype for the DLC in the past few days.
