The makers of Suicide Squad have released a new video to keep fans excited ahead of the release of the film on 5 August in the US. The clip shows Cara Delevingne's character June Moone's dark side - Enchantress.

The 36-second video begins showing one of Moone's hands on a table and slowly an all-black hand rises from underneath. And, then the black hand twists Moone's hand to transform her into her alter ego Enchantress.

The change takes place in front of a group of men and women in military uniforms. Next Viola Davis's character Amanda Waller tells the group: "Meet the Enchantress. Everything we know about her is in your briefing packets. She's walked this earth for a very long time and will likely be here when we're long gone."

Check out the official synopsis of the film below:

"It feels good to be bad... Assemble a team of the world's most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government's disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. US intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren't picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it's every man for himself?"
