JLS have confirmed their status as the UK's hottest boyband after delivering a stellar performance at the Clothes Show Live.

The former X Factor stars, who performed at the Jingle Bell Ball earlier this month, warmed up the crowd on the fourth day of the annual fashion event by performing a series of impressive live DJ sets in the Suzuki Fashion Theatre.

Taking to the stage, the four-piece wowed with energy-filled renditions of hits including Ne-Yo's Let me Love You, Rihanna's Diamonds and Nicki Minaj's Starships.

While Marvin Humes, who is expecting his first child with wife Rochelle, showed off his skills on the decks, his bandmates Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams and J.B. Gill did their best to pump up the crowd. At one point they directed the audience into a well-executed Mexican wave.

Ahead of their performance, the group expressed their excitement at being part of The UKs largest fashion and beauty event, saying: "We can't wait to get on the stage and share some of our favourite music with the crowds. Clothes Show Live is always such a fun day out, we can't wait to be a part of it."

The boyband joined stars including Daisy Lowe, Amy Childs and Peter Andre to celebrate the 24th year of the The Clothes Show, which this year features a panoply of catwalk shows, model master classes and makeovers.

Key highlights from the day included competitions, Britain's &Irelands Next Top Model Live and a met and greet with TOWIE's Sam Faiers.

The reality star and author of Living Life The Essex Way was signing copies of her book throughout the day.

Fashionistas were also given the opportunity to buy discount pieces from top designers and check out the hottest trends at the exhibition and mega markets, which bring together clothes, accessories and makeup.

Select Modelling management scouts were also on the hunt for the next faces of fashion.

The agency, which has started the careers of supermodels such as Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, approached potential models throughout the day and invited them back to the Select stand for a photo opportunity and a chance to be entered into the Face of Clothes Show competition.

The winner will be propelled into the limelight and feature on all advertising and marketing campaigns for Clothes Show Live 2012, the ultimate platform for any aspiring model.
