Kelly Osbourne Branded 'Skeletal' After OnlyFans Catwalk Honouring Late Father Sparks 'Looks Like a Corpse' Jabs

Kelly Osbourne stepped onto the London Fashion Week runway to honour her late father Ozzy Osbourne, but the emotional tribute quickly became the focus of brutal online commentary about her appearance.

The 41-year-old returned to the catwalk for the first time in more than a decade at Natasha Zinko's spring 2027 show on 18 September, wearing a black and white outfit with a bat-shaped accessory that nodded to her father's infamous stage history.

Kelly appeared at Ukrainian designer Natasha Zinko's London Fashion Week show in a sharply styled black bow tie and white dickie, worn without a jacket. She completed the look with a black bob wig and a bat figurine hanging from a chain strap.

The show, titled 'Pay Per View', was sponsored by OnlyFans and featured a cast including model and media personality Katie Price, singer Lava La Rue and The Sopranos star Drea de Matteo.

The bat accessory carried a particularly personal meaning. Ozzy, who died aged 76 last year, famously became associated with bats after an infamous 1982 stage incident in which he bit into what he believed was a rubber bat before discovering it was real.

Kelly has continued to reference her father's legacy since his death. In June, she wore a bat shaped fascinator at Royal Ascot, while she later sported bat-shaped sunglasses during a European holiday. She has also had her father's signature round glasses tattooed on her thigh.

Social Media Users Turn on Kelly's Appearance

The tribute quickly became overshadowed by comments about Kelly's appearance, with some social media users describing her as 'scary' and claiming she looked drastically different.

One commenter wrote that she looked like a 'space alien', while others made references to Ozempic and cosmetic procedures. Another user alleged that her appearance showed signs of buccal fat removal, while others made insensitive remarks comparing her to a corpse.

Some comments also claimed she needed 'serious help', with users linking her appearance to alleged eating problems and medication use. Those claims were made by commenters online and have not been established as facts.

Kelly Admits Her Weight Loss Frightened Her

Earlier this month, Kelly spoke about her dramatic weight loss and said she did not realise how much weight she had lost until she saw a photograph taken during a fitting for the 2026 Grammy Awards.

Speaking about the experience, she told The Mail on Sunday, 'I looked like the f****** Crypt Keeper.'

She added, 'This is scary. I didn't know I looked like this.' Kelly recalled that her spine was visible and said she could see 'every single bone'.

The TV personality explained that she was grieving intensely following her father's death and could not see herself the way other people did at the time.

Kelly also revealed that she wore a wig at the Grammys because she wanted to hide how thin her cheekbones had become. Her stylists were reportedly aware that she was struggling and selected clothing that would not emphasise her weight loss.
