As the world's biggest reality star, Kim Kardashian's life is an open book.

But while she is accustomed to documenting her every move on E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians and social media, there are some things that she prefers to keep to herself.

The 34-year-old pregnant star has taken to Twitter to dispel reports that she is having a boy, insisting that she is yet to reveal the sex of her second child.

Since announcing her baby news, speculation has been rife including suggestions that she is having the baby by surrogate and even parading a fake bump. The rumours prompted the mother-of-one to launch into an expletive-laden tirade on Twitter.

"Can't wait til my website is active! I'm gonna do live video streaming so every time someone talks s*** I can go blast the f*** outta them," she told her 32.3 million followers.

She added: "Pregnant Kiki does not play!!!! *BLOOP*"

Most recently she denied reports that she is expecting twins, saying that the idea that she has two more children on the way is "ridiculous".

Kardashian dropped her pregnancy bombshell in a teaser clip for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, telling her sister Khloe: "I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant."

While she is looking forward to welcoming her new addition with rapper husband Kanye West, at three months pregnant, she admitted she is a little run down.

"I have laryngitis, so I'm a little under the weather. I'm definitely going to slow down a lot after this. I have a couple more months at least where I think I'm good to travel," she recently told E! News.
