OnePlus 3 mini benchmarked
OnePlus 3 mini caught at GFXBench OnePlus

An unknown device has just made its way to the GFXBench database. While there is no official word, the spec sheet matches with the ones we have seen on the latest OnePlus 3, with speculation hinting this would be the mini variant dubbed OnePlus 3 mini.

The mini model, according to the benchmark listing, packs a 4.6in screen featuring full HD resolution at 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will pack a Snapdragon 820 chip featuring a quad-core processor with clock speed at 2.2GHz, coupled with an Adreno 530 graphics unit. Motorola's next-gen Moto X is also likely to pack the same processor.

Other key specifications are 6GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. There would be a 16 megapixel camera at the back, capable of recording 4k video and an eight megapixel camera at the front for selfie lovers. Some of the camera features are autofocus, face detection, flash and HDR photo.

A mini version of OnePlus 2 with 5in full HD screen also emerged through leaks and was caught at the GFX site and TENAA. But, instead of a mini model, the OnePlus X was launched.

The standard OnePlus 3 model is attracting strong demand, as a result of which its manufacturer has halted the sales temporarily affecting 23 countries across Europe and Hong Kong.
