A photograph of Donald Trump aboard Marine One with White House press secretary Katie Zacharia and presidential aide Natalie Harp drew mocking comments after circulating on social media, including one remark that he 'really has a type'.

The image was taken during the president's arrival in Wasilla, Alaska, on 13 October. Other commenters criticised his seated posture and the women's expressions, while some asked who was pictured or praised the Marines standing beside the aircraft.

Katie Zacharia and Natalie Harp Pictured In Wasilla

Photographer Doug Mills published the image on 14 October, identifying Zacharia as White House press secretary and Harp as special assistant to the president. His caption placed them aboard Marine One during Trump's arrival in Wasilla the previous day.

Trump is seated facing the women, who are smiling, while uniformed Marines stand on either side of the helicopter's open doorway.

The photograph captures a moment during the president's journey with staff. It does not reveal what Trump and his aides were discussing.

Trump Photo Prompts 'Has a Type' Comment

A user posting as @westghentwitch wrote, 'He really has a type don't he!', supplying the phrase at the centre of the discussion.

Darlene DeJohnette added an appearance-based comparison, writing, 'Look like sisters.'

Jen S criticised both Trump's seated position and the women's expressions: 'His leg position & their Stepford wife smiles are super creepy.'

A user posting as Shaun asked, 'Is this a scene from a HORROR MOVIE?', adding another mocking description of the scene.

The selected comments focused on the people's appearances, expressions and positions inside the aircraft. They offered personal interpretations of the photograph rather than information about the exchange taking place.

Repost Draws Questions and Other Reactions

Lucas Sanders shared the photograph with a caption naming Zacharia and Harp alongside Trump during the Alaska visit. He invited followers to inspect the image by asking, 'Notice anything in this photo?'

Not all the selected replies joined the criticism. A commenter posting as JIMMY JOE BOB praised the Marines visible at the doorway, focusing on the servicemen rather than the president or his aides.

Another user asked who was sitting opposite Trump, while a commenter posting as Daniel777 wrote, 'where is the first lady?'

The responses ranged from identification questions and praise to appearance-based mockery. They are individual reactions, not a representative measure of public opinion about the photograph.

Trump's Alaska Visit Included a Campaign Rally

Trump addressed a campaign rally at the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center in Wasilla on 13 October, ahead of the November midterm elections.

The event supported Republican candidates in Alaska's congressional and governor's races, including Senator Dan Sullivan and Congressman Nick Begich, who are seeking re-election.

During the rally, Trump brought two Alaska vehicle-repair shop owners onto the stage and presented them with signed pardons. Their cases concerned the removal of vehicle emissions controls in violation of the Clean Air Act.

The visit came three weeks before voters go to the polls on 3 November, with Republicans seeking to retain their majorities in the House of Representatives and Senate.
