Uncanny Parallels Raise Alarm Bells

Residents from La Crosse and Platteville have expressed unease at the disturbing similarities between the two cases:

  • Both women were 22 years old

The timing and nature of these disappearances have unsettled many and intensified calls for public vigilance.

In La Crosse, Viterbo University staff, local volunteers, and Eliotte's family have united in search efforts, handing out flyers, reviewing CCTV, and patrolling key zones. In Platteville, residents had combed through trails and woods before learning of Emma's death via social media posts from her family.

Family And Police Plea For Help In Eliotte Case

During a prayer service held at Viterbo University on Monday, 21 July, Eliotte's mother, Amber Heinz, addressed attendees with an emotional plea, as reported by WIZM News:

'We ask that if you've seen anything, even if it's small, anything at all, please call the La Crosse Police Department. If you have Ring cameras and you think you might have captured an image of Eliotte, please call them, let them take a look at your footage. Even if you don't think it's a big deal, it could be a really big deal for her.

We'll take any prayers, any other volunteers that want to come back tomorrow and help us hand out fliers, we'd be grateful.'
