The 33-year-old actress wore a floor-length strapless gown, combined it with emerald green satin sandals, leaving her hair long and loose and was joined by director Jack O'Brien at the event.

The 73-year-old Tony Award winner is also directing Dead Accounts, the Broadway play that Holmes is starring in opposite actors Norbert Leo Butz, Josh Hamilton, Judy Greer and Jayne Houdyshell.

Other who attended the event include Broadway Dreams Foundation executive director Annette Tanner, actor Billy Porter, actresses Amy Poliakoff, Lisa Howard, Morgan James and television personality Countess LuAnn de Lesseps.

Meanwhile, Holmes' ex-husband Tom Cruise was spotted at the world premiere of his film, Jack Reacher, at the Odeon Leicester Square in London, England.

In the film, Cruise, plays the role of retired military policeman Jack Reacher, a character taken from the novel One Shot by British author Lee Child.

The 50-year-old actor recently revealed he intends to spend time over Christmas with his children Bella, 20, Connor, 17, and Suri, 6.

"We have got lots of very special things planned [for the holidays]," Cruise told People, "We are all going to be together. I am looking forward to it."

The Rock of Ages actor has been staying in London since August to film his other movie All You Need Is Kill.

"I love it here," he added, "I have made so many films here and I have worked with so many of the actors here. It is a wonderful place to live."

"I am shooting a film over here ... seven days a week. But I feel great,"he said, "It doesn't take up all my time, but I have a very busy schedule and I like it that way."
