Kim Kardshian's former lover Ray J has reportedly got engaged.

The 31-year-old R'n'B singer, who appeared with the reality star in her infamous 2007 sex tape, is said to preparing to tie the knot with his girlfriend, a model named Mia Milano.

According to celebrity site MediaTakeOut.com, the couple have been dating on and off for years and Ray J finally popped the question over the weekend.

They are said to have got even closer after Milano supported Ray J following the tragic death of his former girlfriend, Whitney Houston, earlier this year.

Ray J fell into depression after Houston was found dead at Beverley Hills hotel in February.

Kardashian, who rose to fame after her sex tape with was leaked online, is currently dating Watch the Throne rapper Kanye West.
