American singer Jennifer Lopez was honored with the 2,500th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old looked divine in a Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2013 dress featuring a white sleeveless top and orange hoop skirt with a rise-and-fall hemline. She completed the look with Brian Atwood black ankle strap pumps, H Stern Stars stud earrings and matched it with a Valentino bag.

"This all feels, I don't know, kind of surreal, but so real. It's awesome," Lopez said, wiping off her tears.

At the ceremony, she was joined by her boyfriend, 26-year-old dancer Casper Smart; her 5-year-old twins Max and Emme; actress Jane Fonda; rapper Pitbull and former American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe.

Lopez, who was named Forbes Magazine's Most Powerful Celebrity in the world last year, began her career starring in the 1986 film My Little Girl. She shot to fame for her role in the 1997 movie Selena, depicting the life and tragic end of popular Latin singer Selena Quintanilla-Perez.

"She should have an entire block of stars," Fonda, who starred with Lopez in the film Monster-In-Law said, "In my opinion, she's only scratched the surface of what she's capable of."

Marc Anthony's former wife, who has sold over 70 million records worldwide, was also a judge on Fox channel's talent show American Idol in the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
