Goldy Brar Added to FBI Most Wanted List With $1m Reward Over Alleged Murder, Extortion and Drug Crimes

Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, has been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, with authorities offering up to $1 million (approximately £755,000) for information leading to his arrest.

The FBI announced the move on 28 September, describing Singh as a fugitive federal defendant wanted over alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group. The agency said Singh is allegedly the group's leader in North America and is wanted over federal charges involving racketeering, extortion and narcotics offences.

The FBI said Singh is wanted for his alleged involvement in violent activity that includes targeted assassinations, shootings, murders, kidnappings, extortion, assaults and drug and weapons trafficking across the United States, Canada and elsewhere.

FBI Offers $1m Reward for Goldy Brar

Singh is the 543rd addition to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The FBI said it is offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to Singh's arrest. FBI Los Angeles Field Office Assistant Director in Charge Patrick Grandy said the agency and its partners had made apprehending Singh a priority.

The FBI described Singh as extremely violent, armed and dangerous and said he is known to reside in California and various parts of Canada. Authorities urged anyone with information about Singh to contact the FBI rather than approach him. Tips can be submitted anonymously, according to the agency.

Federal Charges Against Singh

According to the FBI, Singh has been charged in federal court in Los Angeles with racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations conspiracy.

He is also charged with conspiracy to interfere with and attempt to interfere with commerce by extortion, as well as conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.

The FBI said Singh is allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi enterprise, which it described as a transnational organised crime group. The agency added that one of the three indictments unsealed as part of Operation Hardball focused on the Bishnoi enterprise, with Singh allegedly serving as one of its leaders.

Alleged Connection To Targeted Killing

The FBI said an indictment alleges that Singh and Lawrence Bishnoi were involved in ordering the assassination of a prominent political and religious figure identified in court documents as 'H.S.N.'

According to the FBI, the victim was living in Canada and was shot dead by two gunmen outside a Sikh temple in Surrey, British Columbia, on 18 June 2023. The agency said the Bishnoi enterprise is also alleged to have been involved in other violent crimes and narcotics trafficking.

The FBI said Operation Hardball involved a years-long investigation into India-based transnational organised crime groups accused of racketeering, targeted killings, shootings, extortion and trafficking narcotics across international borders.

FBI Continues Search for Fugitive

The FBI said 37 defendants were charged in three indictments announced in July 2026.

At the time of the announcement, 24 federal defendants had been arrested or were already in custody. Four fugitive defendants had also been captured, while one had been determined to be dead. Five fugitives remained wanted, including Singh.

The FBI said its investigation into Singh and his co-defendants is being conducted by the Los Angeles Field Office, the Los Angeles Police Department and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with assistance from other domestic and international law enforcement partners.

Authorities have urged the public not to interact with Singh and instead provide any information directly to law enforcement.
