YouTuber Trisha Paytas has welcomed her third child, born on 12 July in Los Angeles, and once again, her choice of baby name has reignited debate across social media platforms.

The internet personality, known for blending online theatrics with family life, has named her newborn son Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon, joining her two older children: Malibu Barbie and Elvis Valentino. As with previous announcements, reactions online have been swift — and sharply divided.

Another Viral Name in the Family

Paytas shared the news during a recent episode of her podcast Just Trish, explaining that the name was inspired in part by watching three Aquaman films during her pregnancy. A routine doctor's visit also played a part: 'There was an Aquaman poster in the office,' she said, 'and I just knew.'

This latest addition continues a clear naming trend. Since giving birth to Malibu Barbie in 2022, followed by Elvis Valentino in 2023, Paytas' children have become regular fixtures in both her content and online conversations. And while many fans view the names as playful and personal, others continue to question whether they're simply part of an extended internet bit.

Reincarnation Theories Return

What fuels the fascination even more is the timing of her births and the bizarre coincidences that follow. When Paytas gave birth to Malibu Barbie, Queen Elizabeth II passed away days later, prompting viral jokes that the Queen had been reincarnated as her child. A similar pattern followed Elvis' birth, coinciding with King Charles III's cancer announcement.

This time, just hours after Aquaman was born, rumors circulated online claiming Ozzy Osbourne had died. Although false, the proximity of events reignited a now-infamous internet theory that every time Paytas gives birth, a legendary figure passes on. She joked about it on her podcast: 'A baby's here... we don't have to reincarnate anybody or maybe we do.'

A Chaotic Labour and a Growing Family

Paytas revealed that Aquaman's arrival didn't go to plan. Her water broke early, ahead of a scheduled caesarean, and her regular doctor was unavailable. She remained in hospital overnight, eventually delivering on the morning of 12 July. 'It was the most chaotic, traumatizing birth of my life,' she told listeners. 'I actually thought I was going to die.'

Despite the rocky start, the delivery was successful. 'They delivered our baby in 10 minutes. Everyone is fine,' she said. The birth marks the third child for Paytas and her husband, Moses Hacmon. She also stated this would 'likely' be her last pregnancy.

Defending the Names

Her children's names have frequently attracted criticism, particularly after the announcement of Elvis. Some commenters questioned whether unconventional names like Malibu or Aquaman would be a burden. Others saw them as creative expressions of individuality and entirely on-brand for someone who's always operated in her own lane.

In past interviews, Paytas has made clear that the names were deeply personal to her. 'I've always manifested Malibu and Elvis,' she said. As for Aquaman, she said it simply 'felt right' and for someone who's built a career out of embracing chaos, that may be all the explanation she needs.
