Does Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Deserve to Stay in Jail? OnlyFans' Sam Frank Thinks So—Citing the Influencer's Most Outrageous Controversies
Zdorovetskiy's history of run-ins with the law dates back more than a decade, with each incident becoming increasingly audacious.

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, the Russian-American YouTuber known for his extreme prank videos, is now facing the most serious legal trouble of his life, which is up to 24 years in a Filipino prison.
His latest stunt, which reportedly involved harassing a security guard while filming in Bonifacio Global City, has landed him in custody and labelled him an 'undesirable' foreign national by local authorities.
However, while this incident might seem like just another line crossed in his long list of stunts, some in the online world believe the consequences are well overdue. Among the loudest voices is OnlyFans model Sam Frank, who publicly stated that Zdorovetskiy 'won't make it out' of a Filipino prison.
Sam Frank Speaks Out
Frank, who has had a highly publicised confrontation with Zdorovetskiy in the past, didn't hold back when commenting on his arrest. 'What the f*** is wrong with you? Do you want to start a problem?' she shouted in a viral clip filmed at a social event earlier this year, where she was seen spitting on him during an argument.

While the exact cause of the spat remains unclear, Frank's views on Zdorovetskiy's behaviour have been reinforced by his long-standing reputation for boundary-pushing content.
Frank, who is also half-Filipino and has a family living in the Philippines, reflects a growing sentiment among critics and viewers who feel his pattern of extreme stunts has finally caught up with him and should have consequences.
A History of Controversy
Zdorovetskiy's YouTube channel, which boasts over 10 million subscribers, has always thrived on risk. But the risks haven't always been legal or harmless. His history of run-ins with the law dates back more than a decade, with each incident becoming increasingly audacious.
It began in July 2014, when he ran onto the pitch during the World Cup final between Germany and Argentina in Brazil. Just two years later, he was arrested for trespassing after climbing the iconic Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles. Barely a month after that, he streaked across the court during an NBA final and was again taken into custody.

The pattern doesn't end there; it continues. In 2017, he disrupted the World Series by running onto the field mid-game. In 2020, he was arrested in Egypt after climbing the Pyramids of Giza and spent five days in jail.
However, it was an incident that occurred later that year which marked a turning point. In April 2020, Zdorovetskiy was charged with aggravated battery in Miami Beach after allegedly attacking a female jogger. The woman suffered multiple blows to the head and chest and needed stitches above her right eye.
Stuck in the Philippines
Now, Zdorovetskiy is again behind bars and this time under serious charges in the Philippines. The authorities have levelled accusations of unjust vexation, attempted theft, alarm and scandal, all relating to his street filming antics.
According to the Philippines' Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, Zdorovetskiy's behaviour was not just disruptive but potentially criminal. 'Zdorovetskiy will undergo a tactical interrogation so that we can get the identity of his cameramen,' Remulla said. He added that the cameraman, believed to be Filipino, may also face charges.

Local outrage has been swift, with critics accusing the YouTuber of disrespecting Filipino citizens and treating public spaces as a stage for content at the expense of others.
For now, Zdorovetskiy's fate lies with the Philippine legal system. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 24 years in prison.
For Sam Frank, there's no sympathy to be spared. Her blunt view on Zdorovetskiy's situation might sound extreme, but it taps into a growing frustration with creators who blur the line between content and criminality.
As the influencer sits in a Manila jail cell awaiting what comes next, the internet continues to debate whether Vitaly Zdorovetskiy deserves to stay in Jail or not.
