Inside the White Bear Lake House Fire
The fire was reported at approximately 5:26 a.m. on 21 March when neighbours saw flames breaking through the roof of the home in the 2100 block of Richard Avenue. Firefighters from several departments rushed to the scene but discovered the house was fully engulfed. The victims were all located inside the property.
Jessi Pierce had shared photos the day before of a family trip to an ice cream stand with her children, captioned 'Bag(s) secured' on her social media. The images have become a poignant symbol of the family's last happy moments.
